I stayed there just because of the lower price. The location is not good. You can reach only by the 705 bus. Another advantage is their free shuttle to the airport.

Very good and best service.

Very outdated rooms. Worst bed we have ever slept on. Staff were very snotty. Key card quit working and they acted like it was a huge inconvenience to help us. Booked this hotel for the airport shuttle and they acted like it was going to be full but we were the only ones that went that morning. They just didn’t want to take us but did grudgingly.

Free airport transportation. The bus stop to the metro station was less than a 5 minute walk.

The hotel is ok, but the rooms are very old and outdated. The have free shuttle to the airport which is very good and convenient. Very far from downtown but close to airport.

Ficamos hospedados apenas 1 dia, mas conseguimos ter uma ótima experiência. Bom quarto, banheiro amplo, cama confortável e café da manha variado. É um bom hotel para quem deseja ficar um pouco mais próximo do aeroporto.

Very modern and beautiful hotel. We booked it thinking it was closer to the airport for an early flight. It was more like 20 min via taxi but depending on time of day, the ride could be longer. Nice eighborhood to walk around and the dinner in the hotel restaurant was very nice. Nice bed and pillows with extras like robe and take home slippers.

Personale cordiale, professionale e gentile, per l'hotel consiglierei di mettere la preasa elettrica su entrambe le mensole del letto e non su un solo lato, stanza superior bella, giusti spazi, vasca da bagno un pò pericolosa perchè priva di grip ed il vetro della vasca per entrare è alquanto pericoloso, credo che una persona anziana avrebbe avuto dei seri problemi a fare una doccia, sistemerei anche l'uscita pedonale del garage, ci sono 2 porte antipatico pedonali, una porta è allarmata, quindi se la apri scatta l'allarme, l'altra è rotta e non si apre... però si può uscire tramite l'ascensore dell'hotel o citofonando per farsi aprire il cancello delle auto, con molta pazienza. Ultimo consiglio, se la spa e la piscina sono in manutenzione e quindi fuori servizio lo specificherei meglio o farei uno sconto, perchè personalmente era uno dei motivi per cui avevo scelto questa struttura, che la colazione non sia compresa ed ha un costo da 6 euro per una normale colazione e 12 euro a persona per la colazione americana sinceramente mi sembra eccessivo. Nelle vicinanze cè il nulla cosmico e le strade sono pericolose e piene di buche, ma questo non dipende dall'hotel ovviamente, cmq esperienza piacevole ma poteva essere decisamente meglio se avessero prestato attenzione alle cose sopra citate.
