Staff are lovely and friendly, it was really helpful that we can leave our luggage. Check in was very quick and convenient. Breakfast was very nice. The room condition can be a bit old and the plugs and cables could be dangerous as some were exposed. Other than that, happy with the stay

O hotel é extremamente bem localizado e de fácil acesso, pois conta com uma estação de barco na frente do hotel, possibilitando assim o deslocamento para qualquer ponto, inclusive para a estação de trem e outras ilhas com Lido, Murano, Burano, etc. O café da manhã é bem variado e farto e o quarto confortavel com calefação eficiente. O atendimento e cordialidade dos funcionários tornam.a estada ainda mais agradável. Fiquei muito feliz pela escolha e super recomendo.

This is not 4 star hotel

We stayed at Pesaro Palace in the Junior Suite with two friends and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, beautiful, and very elegant. The food was delicious, and the location was absolutely perfect. Highly recommended!

Staff are very friendly. We had a good sleep and room is big. The hotel is just a minute walk from the water bus.

Wir waren schon mehrfach in diesem Hotel und sonst sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer in einem der Obergeschosse sind auch sehr zu empfehlen. Diesmal hatten wir jedoch Zimmer im Erdgeschoss. Dort passen Preis und Leistung überhaupt nicht zusammen. Zudem mangelt es an der Instandhaltung (zerbrochene Deckenleuchte, Klobrille hängt nur noch an einem Scharnier, Klobürste ist abgebrochen, Dusche schließt nicht und überschwemmt das Bad.). Sehr schade. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

We had to keep calling to turn on the heat and it still didn’t / wouldn’t turn on. Staff were nice and pleasant. One of our rooms had water mark damage on the walls.

The location was fantastic, views from the room were amazing. Close to restaurants and shops. Highly recommended

The beautiful Benicia style rooms, decorated with Moreno glass chandeliers were a highlight! I felt like a Princess in the room. I loved the complementary full breakfast, complete with cappuccino! The bathrooms were clean and showers hot. They staff are wonderful. They helped arrange for a water taxi and bag breakfast for or 6am flight. We loved it here.

Hotel was located in a perfect place. Water taxi drops you off right at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though it was late October, the weather was a little warm and the AC didn't cool as much as we would have liked but would highly recommend staying here

Wir waren vom 1. bis 5. November im Pesaro Palace, also in der Nebensaison. Für die erste Nacht haben wir 312,64 € für ein Superior-Zimmer bezahlt, was sich im Nachhinein als deutlich zu teuer herausstellte. Unser erstes Zimmer (Nr. 209) war leider eine Enttäuschung: heruntergekommene Dusche, defekter Föhn, zerbrochener Spiegelschrank und insgesamt einfach stark abgenutzt. Auch unser Wunsch nach zwei Einzelbetten wurde nicht erfüllt, und ein Tausch war an diesem Abend nicht möglich. Am nächsten Tag konnten wir zum Glück in Zimmer 410 wechseln, das deutlich besser war: schöner Ausblick, besserer Zustand und insgesamt angenehmer. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung – nichts Besonderes, aber solide. Tipp: Den Kaffee an der Bar bestellen, der ist richtig gut. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich. Die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend: direkt an einer Vaporetto-Haltestelle und mitten im Geschehen. Leider nutzt das Hotel diese Lage offenbar stark aus, denn der Zustand mancher Zimmer steht in keinem Verhältnis zum Preis. Fazit: Tolle Lage und nettes Personal, aber deutlich zu teuer für den gebotenen Komfort. Wer hier bucht, sollte wissen: Man bezahlt vor allem die Lage, nicht die Qualität der Zimmer.

Rooms are like staying in a palace! Right next to Water Bus stop (#1 line), so buy the day or multi-day pass to get around the city easily and see all parts of Venice and nearby islands with unlimited trips. Otherwise each water bus ride is expensive. Easy to get to hotel with luggage by water bus... water taxi not required. Also can hop on/off and walk the narrow streets.

We enrolled for a "superior" room. However, it was on the 5th floor, and the elevator only went to the 4th floor. We had two 45 lb bags and 2 carry-on bags, which we couldn't lift up the staircase to the 5th floor. The staircase was narrow and twisting, with no handrails. The toilet leaked, causing water on the bathroom floor, which I slid and fell on (I found the shut-off valve and we had to shut off the toilet after using it. The front desk gave us towels to wipe the floor, but made no effort to repair the leaky toilet); a chair leg was broken and lay beside the chair; the a/c didn't work; the room was only cleaned upon request. The only redeeming feature was that the front desk allowed me to use their phone to report a stolen wallet.

Clean room, nice staff, good location. Convenient for the water bus or private dock transport.
