We had an amazing stay! Loved our water taxi from airport to hotel. Loved being on the canal. Room was elegant. Staff was terrific. Breakfast was great. Convenient location. It was a dream stay. We did have a problem with the bath tub in our first room. They weren't able to resolve the leak. We moved rooms after a couple of days.

The staff were very helpful. Great location great breakfast. No coffee making facilities in the room, but the coffee at breakfast was excellent so made up for it.

Fantastic location. Nice courtyard. Best way to go to airport from the hotel is to take water ferry to P.Le Roma (bus Termina, last stop) then take "Express" Bus. Ticket can be purchased from conductor when the bus arrives.

Beautifully decorated and clean room. Very quiet and comfortable although unable to turn down heating in room. The safe in the room was not working and I raised this with reception but they were unable to fix. Several lights and the fan in the bathroom were also not working. The hotel is excellently located and the staff were very friendly and helpful

Room was in quite depleted condition. Cabinet mirror was broken and one door handle was missing. There were scratches on furniture all over. The room temperature couldn’t be controlled from the room and you had to call the receptionist to turn the heating off.

Zimmer unter dem Dach, keine Sicht, sehr alt und nicht besonders sauber! Frühstück sehr schlecht: OSaft nicht trinkbar z.B. Personal ok aber entspricht nicht 4 Sterne Standard. 300€ pro Nacht haben wir bezahlt, extrem teuer wenn die 4 Sterne Qualität nicht da ist!

The basic rooms are small but extremely comfortable and elegant! We loved all off the Murano glass chandeliers throughout the public rooms and our 2 individual rooms! Our.bathroom was all marble and well stocked. The included breakfasts were yummy! Loved having the water bus station so conveniently close. Highly recommend this lovely hotel!

The hotel is in a great location for exploring Venice, right by a Vaporetto stop and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Not too far to walk to St Marks Square and a great place to wander from. Our room was on the top floor, very spacious and clean. I think there are probably other rooms that have a better aspect (but we didn’t pay for that!) The hotel staff were very friendly & breakfast was plentiful & fresh with good coffee. All in all a pleasant stay.
