有马大酒店

今次是我們這一家第二次入住，酒店職員非常耐心地講解酒店設施。盡管語言溝通上有限，但他們仍落力地滿足我們。 這裡的環境非常寧靜舒服，在這待上一日，身心疲累也減退，值得推薦給其他人。

酒店內設施十分齊全，有游泳池、小孩活動區、乒乓球桌等等。房間內的私人風呂金湯浸完十分舒服

Nice experience

非常高級的酒店環境保養得非常好，他的金溫泉非常舒服，還有其他溫泉可以選擇。由於顧客太多，所以要排隊才能吃早餐有點美中不足，另外被鋪好像有一點異味。

Went there w family. The room we booked got modern decor and facilities. Very clean n comfortable. Hotel got its own garden n pool. There were sakura trees in its own garden. Sakuras were in full bloom. Very beautiful. Staff were experienced and attentive. Food was nice. Will recommend hotel to others

非常舒服

Having the choice of 2 onsens, one at the top floor and the other at the bottom floor, breakfast is good (I did not try their dinner), parking is convenient and walking to town is short, not suitable for those looking for small luxury onsen hotel

大型溫泉旅館，服務好，景觀開闊，晚餐和牛美味，自助早餐一般，整體表現佳

Everything is within expectations except dinner arrangements. We arrived hotel around 5 pm and found Hotel Restaurant fully booked and others nearby either closed early or fully booked. Bad experience to have cup noodles dinner first time in the tour.

Good room. Delicious breakfast buffet. Good onsen.

房間風景優美，懷石料理晚餐及早餐自助餐質量好，特別是懷石料理對小朋友的菜色亦很豐富。溫泉範圍雖然不是很大，但不人流不算多，整體滿意。另一項較滿意的服務是有接駁車到有馬六甲索道站，經六甲山去神戶，再返大阪，整體體驗很不錯。

非常棒！不論是環境、清潔、舒適度 完美！無可挑剔！ 早餐也很好吃！ 泡湯的環境也超級棒、乾淨！ 一定會再去～～

溫泉的故鄉，有馬飯店絕對是你在有馬的口袋名單。飯店設施，服務，餐點都相當滿意。

酒店很大 對有馬溫泉好有期望 但名過於實 酒店溫泉內的佈置及環境都不及北海道或城崎溫泉區

Beautiful hotel & the meals are good. But the toilet & the water sink is too small. The water will split out on the floor when washing hands. We have to swipe the water on the floor before walking, otherwise we will fall down! And make sure the shelf which put on the face lotion and cream is clean properly.

Good environment for the hot spring! The facilities are good enough. Good service. A bit disappointed for the dinner. Looks good but the taste not really good. However the breakfast is better than the dinner. Many choices for the dishes

地方大，環境優美，風呂舒適，自助早餐豐富，唯一足房間太細，整體十分滿意

Seriously there’s nothing I can complain about, my experience here is perfect even compared with my previous trips to other hot spring viewpoints like Atami. Yes you may find Arima Onsen a bit far from city centers. But this hotel will make everything worthy. My wife and I stayed here for a night during our Kansai trip. We got more than satisfying service since the very moment staff welcomed us at the front door. We didn’t book private hot spring rooms, but the two public hot spring areas (9F and B2) are both very well designed and perfectly maintained. Food is another highlight. Please do give their Japanese dinner a chance as it’s one of the best I have ever tried. Anyway, I strongly recommend this hotel. Don’t worry if you don’t speak Japanese. Neither do I but that didn’t result in any inconvenience during my stay. (A bit when I tried understanding how to get here though)
