Incredible service, kaiseki, and room. Amenities were top notch, I didn't even make it into the town I enjoyed the room so much. I wish I could've stayed longer! Really wonderful experience for my family to get together and enjoy. One thing I didn't expect - our room was in a special area that didn't allow a local friend of mine to visit without a $75 extra charge. A shame because the room was so spacious and I had ordered a cake to share. Just something to be wary of if booking a room with a private bath.

Everything is perfectly perfect except they don’t keep luggage after checking out. I have never seen hotels that have no service for it. It’s awful.

Arima grand hotelhas shuttle to and from the bus station. The staff, amenities and the whole property were top notch. The souvenir shop had some of the top items from town. The onsens were big and spacious. The onsen on the 9th floor had breathtaking view and the onsens on the ground level overlook a bamboo forest. The food was excellent and the service was impeccable! Loved this place, would certainly go back. Highly recommended!

Everything is good except two: Dinner is all fully booked. Need to reserve before you arrive. Also, the returning shuttle requires phone booking. And they don’t come as said on every hour at 20:40 min.

Very good. Staff were so nice and helpful. The onsen facilities were lovely. The room was lovely and clean. There’s a short uphill walk to the hotel from the bus or train station so be sure to call the hotel upon arrival to arrange a shuttle collection.
