天坊酒店

The hotel’s customer service is one of the best things! Hotel staff greeted us on the arrival. Check-in was fast (less than 5 minutes). They allowed us to go to our room 40 minutes earlier than the usual time. Their English is minimal but enough to understand all requirements and regulations. The room is big and very clean. The free on-site parking is big for lots of cars. The beds are very comfortable. I love the pillows. The included dinner with the room was excellent. We enjoyed our dinner, and the foods tasted great. Mr. Yokote, our waiter, was very professional, nice, polite, welcoming, and always smiling. He explained all detailed information of our meals in English. Breakfast buffet was included in the room.

Despite it being a massive onsen complex, we didn't feel like it and the service was excellent, multiple restaurants/bars/baths, 10 minutes walk from city center which probably explains why it's cheaper than the rest of the town.

3年ぶり2回目の利用です。 夕食の時間がもう少し長いとゆっくり出来ると思います。バイキングなので2時間ちょっとは欲しいです。お酒も飲んでいるので。 もしくはバイキングではないコース料理があっても良いかも。朝食は大満足でした。 お風呂は入れない時間があったのが残念でした。10:00になったら女性が入れるお風呂はしまってました。 朝の岩風呂時間がスタートが遅かったり、分かりにくかったです。 お風呂、レストラン、部屋、館内全て綺麗でした。 部屋からの眺めも最高でした。 帰りは駐車場まで送迎があってサービスがとても良かったです。 また家族旅行で使わせていただきます。
