We experienced a great stay at this hotel. The hotel is in traditional Hapanese style but “traditional” here doesn’t mean “old” here. We’ve stayed in a tatami room which is roomy and clean. All the staffs we met are so hospitable and willing to help. Not to mention the dinner and breakfast we had were so delicious; therefore, meals are highly recommended.

有提供早晚餐的溫泉旅店，服務人員英文不太好，提供的餐點兩天是不同的，份量絕對足夠，距離熱鬧的主街步行5分鐘左右，不知原因但要注意大堂提供的和服可能有味道，房間非常大十分舒適

At hotels.com it said that the entire hotel is non smoking. However, every room is actually smoking room which is not that acceptable to me. I only booked the hotel because I thought it was non-smoking....
When checking in, I was then provided a room that this hotel claimed to be “non-smoking” which is absolutely not true since the room was packed with smoking smell :( where’s the integrity? Please do correct your description at hotels.com
