The location of the hotel is fairly close to Osaka/Umeda Station, about 10 minutes walk through underground malls. However, there are a handful of underground malls in the area. We got lost a few times in this web of malls.
There is a “pharmacy”, expanding from B1 to 2/F, in the same building which is very convenient.
One major setback for our stay was that we were staying on the 4th floor and for some reasons we could hear the noise from the street where many restaurants/bars are on. Every single night! People are loud there. I

Mixed thoughts on our stay. hotel is great and room lovely. Our first night we had a room facing the extremely busy road and we got no sleep. It’s one of the loudest hotel rooms we have stayed in. We were also on floor six and the scraping of chairs on the concrete floor from rooms above was also not great. The staff were great and the following morning moved us to a room on the other side and floor nine - where it was much quieter and we slept well. But have to share this as if you don’t have the luxury of being moved rooms this is not going to be a quiet’s night sleep.
