We had a comfortable stay at this trendy, new hotel. Staff were very pleasant and the room had good amenities. The location is in a bustling area, with convenience stores and restaurants at your doorstep.

Relatively spacious room for the cost.

The service was absolutely delightful! The room had a funky-industrial vibe. We have limited Japanese, but they worked extremely hard to meet our needs. We will seek out their other locations on future adventures.

Een prachtig hotel met sublieme service. De kamers zijn beperkt qua omvang, maar functioneel ingericht. Het heeft een moderne uitstraling. Het ontbijt is beperkt, maar voldoende om de dag te starten.

Very clean room and nice staff

Vreselijk gehorig, het hotel ligt aan de snelweg en het klinkt alsof er een raam open staat, zo luid lawaai. Vooral als ‘s avonds laat de motoren gaan scheuren, niet te doen. Ontbijt is waardeloos: droog, weinig keus, erg basic. Alleen boter om te smeren, niet eens beleg. Dus buiten de deur ontbeten om toch iets fatsoenlijks binnen te krijgen. Wees verstandig, boek een kamer elders!

Very new hotel with really nice furnishings. The room seemed clean at first, but when I looked closely at the floor, there were hairs in multiple areas of the room. The grey cement floor hid them well, though. But the room was unusually big for Japan and the bed was very comfortable and clean and everything smelled fresh. The location of the hotel is right next to Umeda Station, which sadly also means it’s in a very busy area. My room had no soundproofing and it was close to the street. I have a habit of wearing earplugs every single night without fail, and yet I could hear the honking of cars and the noise of the people outside even late at night. Breakfast is free, however, it’s really not much, only a selection of little croissants, pastries, and bread rolls, paired with butter and nothing else, but there is a konbini right downstairs. One can help themselves with good coffee, tea, and juices all day and night. Overall it was a good stay for me and I recommend it anyone not too sensitive to noise and who wants to be right in the center of Osaka.

This was the best hotel we've stayed at in Japan. The location was great, just a 5 minute walk to Umeda station with lots of shopping around. The staff at the front were incredible and were very hospitable and welcoming. The amenities were excellent too, offering free breakfast with a wide array of beverages. The room was probably the best, as it had a modern feel but was also very very spacious and could fit all 4 of my luggages comfortably. Would definitely stay here again.

Lätt frukost, öppen och trevlig personal, vanligtvis finns det mer än en som kan god engelska. Hjälper väldigt gärna till vid behov av hjälp. Läget har god distans till mat och transport, samt gott avstånd till att ta sig till och från flygplatsen. Enkel frukost med goda öppettider.

First of all, the staff was amazing. There was a mixup with the reservation and they really fought with Expedia to fix it for me. That alone would earn them 5 stars. But they earned it many times over after that. Both the types of rooms we got to stay in were spacious, with comfortable beds, and excellent amenities. I will say that some parts of the room were a little too dark for my taste, but it's an aesthetic and I respect it. The breakfast was simple but delicious and the staff there were also super helpful and there when you needed them without feeling like they were on top of you. The area is super convenient for trains and general shopping, but there is a highway right outside the window so it's not the quietest. Good soundproofing helps, but I did hear cars a couple of times. Overall, I would definitely return for any all trips to Osaka.
