TONES OSAKA

The rooms were amazing. I don’t know why the site says this is a 3 star hotel. It should be higher. It was super nice and also the free pastries in the morning was amazing. Staff was super helpful. Location is great too. Close to the train stations and a few stops away from all the shopping. There was a lot of restaurants and bars next door as well. Perfect location and perfect hotel

Clean modern rooms, great location, bar in the hotel is a plus… we were able to put kids a sleep and the wife and I could just run downstairs for a night cap without being far away. Staff and bartenders were amazing

The hotel is conveniently located with many shops nearby and pretty close to the Osaka train station. The room was bigger than expected and I loved the robe, pajamas, and the slippers they provided as well as the complimentary assorted pastries and drinks for breakfast. They also had a money exchange machine in the lobby, which was very convenient. The only problem with my room was that it faced the highway. They did provide earplugs and I was able to sleep well enough, but if you are a light sleeper, you might want to request a room that is not on the 6th floor or facing the highway altogether.

The location of the place is great. The people were very friendly and very helpful. We traveled with children so this made our experience even better

Excellent hotel, superb location steps away from Osaka Station. Our room was 805, a spacious room featuring a small double and two single Beds, a sofa, shower room with bath and shower, separate sink, and separate wc. Very stylish contemporary design with exposed concrete. Hallways were very sleek, boutique vibe. The staff we met were very warm, friendly and genuine. Breakfast was a selection of breads and pastries with quality coffee and fresh juices. Would definitely stay again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The location was convenient to Osaka-Umeda, rooms were spacious and located walking distance to the bus terminal for KIX airport. Staff was amazingly helpful.

Great location and friendly staff. Room size is great for Japan with a sitting area. But not much storage

Good hotel, we had a large room. Good position and close to transport. Reception staff not all friendly and free breakfast is very basic. Overall good value for money.

I loved the hotel! Room was very spacious, super clean and I loved the decor. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location was very central and close to both Umeda and Osaka train stations and subway. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. I'll definitely stay there again.

Great location and room. It’s a bit noisy outside, but after long days exploring, I managed to fall asleep easily. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended Tones Osaka!

Location is ideal

The hotel is close to the public transit area, its modern and well maintained. The beds, blankets, and pillows were comfortable and clean. The staff was always present and helpful. We highly recommend this property.
