設計是不錯看，房間也蠻大的，地點也方便，旁邊就是一大片的商店街，隔壁就是藥妝店，很適合。但早餐的部份就是有點單調，如果有需求的人會覺得不夠，不過日本吃東西很方便，倒也不是大問題。早餐方面有需求的人可能傳統型的商務飯店會比較多選擇。

Good hotel, we had a large room. Good position and close to transport. Reception staff not all friendly and free breakfast is very basic. Overall good value for money.

Hvis man skal nævne en lidt negativ ting, er det at der er lidt larm fra gaden. Ellers så fint til prisen.

Lots of shopping a food options nearby. Also handy to the train station

Great place to stay at

I loved the hotel! Room was very spacious, super clean and I loved the decor. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location was very central and close to both Umeda and Osaka train stations and subway. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. I'll definitely stay there again.

Great location and room. It’s a bit noisy outside, but after long days exploring, I managed to fall asleep easily. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended Tones Osaka!

Location is ideal

The hotel is close to the public transit area, its modern and well maintained. The beds, blankets, and pillows were comfortable and clean. The staff was always present and helpful. We highly recommend this property.

The hotel location was good from subway & train. The room was good size but needed more closet space and usable a counter space.

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war in einem top Zustand. Leider ist es recht hellhörig nach draußen, hat uns Persönlich nicht gestört aber ist schon aufgefallen

Almost everything about the hotel was excellent - EXCEPT that our room had terrible noise insulation from the outside. I think that the windows were not fitted correctly (or a bad design) because we could hear the very noisy highway (in front of the hotel) all night, and we could hardly sleep. It is perhaps only some rooms that have these bad windows, because there are so many good reviews from people. If you are lucky, you may get a room that does NOT face Osaka (or that the windows are shut properly) so it is quiet. I tried fiddling with the windows to try to close them better, but it was impossible. It is a real shame, because (apart from the noise) this was a terrific hotel. The reception was super helpful, the rooms were huge, the ameneties they supplied were terrific, the beds were comfortable. Basically, EVERYTHING was really great except for the noise from the cars zooming by at the front. We only stayed one night, so we just put up with it. But I can't recommend staying here, just in case you got our room!

가적여행갈 때 여기 정해두고 갑니다. 직원분들 항상 친절하시고 위치가 정말 좋아요. 공항에서 리무진이용해서 가기도 편하고 호텔 시설이 다 새 것이라서 청결하고 편해요. 바닥 카펫 아닌것도 화장실 샤워공간 세면대 분리되어있는 점도 가족여행시에 너무 편리합니다. 아침 무료 조식도 간단한 빵과 커피 주스인데 아침에 꼭 커피 마셔야 하는 분들은 정말 편하실 듯 합니다!! 세탁기 건조기 얼음 자판기도 편리하고요 호텔 주위에 몇 걸음만 걸으면 메가동키 이치란 스시로 야끼니꾸집들 이자까야 많아서 편리합니다. 일층엔 드럭스토어가 있고요. 처음 오픈한 지 얼마 안 됐을 때 이용해보고 가족 모두 만족해서 오사카 갈 때에는 이곳으로 정해두고 갑니다

We booked two rooms and both were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance from the train station. The breakfast was simple; pastry, selection of juices, and a good coffee.
