喜来登丽晶酒店

I used the hotel for one night. Its overall very good and central however, the problem is the nightclub below of it which produce lots of sounds. So if you dont have deep sleep, then you risk, to have troubles of sleeping. The road also is not for below 18 years old

The name Sheratton (with double t) confused me with well known quality hotel owned by Marriott. There is no quality in this hotel. I didn't feel like even taking a shower. The only bright spot was the breakfast. I ordered Spanish omelette, my wife had sunny side up egg, but instant coffee because their coffee machine was broken. I got the expression from the description that it is 3-star hotel. It shouldn't have more than 1 star.

It's actually calm nice and quiet .

Nice room/ hotel and friendly staff

Et tidligere ærverdig hotell har forfalt betydelig . Men rommet hadde god størrelse, god seng og ikke minst veldig billig. Bra frokost. Rommet ble klart endel etter innsjekkingstiden åpnet og manglet blant annet håndkle og håndsåpe

Cockroaches. Moldy smelling. Night club connected to building. Heard loud fire works all night could have been firearms. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was tasty.

The balcony door could not lock. The bathroom is dated. The tiny desk had no light. The location is directly across from some mosque or Islamic center. Those ‘prayers’ on megaphone (outdoor speakers?) started at 4 am. Could not sleep well! Otherwise the staff is amazing!

The safe wasn't working, the stuff was friendly and helpful, there was too much noise and a high traffic within the building, infact i had booked for 3 days but i checked out within a day and they wouldn't give me a refund but it's all good

this place felt like a quiet oasis with a nice terrace and pool area, with high security with a guard at the gate who opens when you arrive,

Walking distance to restaurants and shops

We stayed one night. Rooms were big and they were appropriate for a family. Good air conditioning. Location was handy.

Staff was very helpful and professional in accommodating me with any requests I had or needed

The hotel is not good value for money. Rooms only have internal facing windows, it has overwhelming smell of mould and it is right next to a night club that played loud music until 3.30 even on a Sunday evening. Pool area was good as was breakfast. Not worth the money.Stay somewhere else.

Good central location on the island but loud music late into the night from nearby clubs disturbs sleep.

Pros: Easy mobility and location. short distance to my destination. Except Nyali beach which I easily rode a tuktuk. Good breakfast, courteous staff. BUT I booked in a hurry and didn't read reviews. 1st don't get the standard double room. There is a loud club nearby and my room wasn't cleaned well at all, sorry. If I was staying more than two nights, I would have upgraded atleast to the executive

Good place, good bed. good food

I like being in the middle of town. Can go anywhere easily.

Wifi ei toiminut. Reception lupasi asian korjaantuvan, mutta näin ei käynyt. Hotellin takana yökerho, jonka melu oli häiritsevää. Huoneessa oli pieni yläikkuna käytävälle, josta paistoi koko yön valo silmiin. Unet jäi vähiin.

This is not real Sheraton hotel without mirrors in the bathroom if you need to shave etc. They only provided sheet but no blanket on the bed. I submitted parties of 2 but only officer 1 towel for 2 people. I asked to get 2 for body bath towels and 2 for hand/face so that we can each use one but only 2nd bath towel was officered. Facing the street is very loud through the night and there’s the loud speaker Muslim prayer at 3am and 5ish am that keeps you up and frustrated. While staff was friendly, the quality of the hotel should be rated at 1-3 stars with U.S standard. The price you pay is not worth spending for it!
