Hotel staff were polite and very helpful! My room was one king bed and one single bed. It was super comfy! The bed doesnt look like budget hotel bed at all! The room is very spacious and clean as well. It has both ceiling fan and aircond. It takes time for the aircond to be cold but that isn't a problem at all! Everything was super duper good for me. The location of the hotel is at the centre of Kuching. Very strategic! I will definitely come back! Thank you so much Abell Residences! :)

- Single WiFi, no Lift, banyak nyamuk, di bawah ranjang kotor banyak debu dan sampah, tekanan air di wastafel terlalu kencang, cermin lemari berdebu, tak dapat air minum kemasan/no dispenser. Hate's! Handuk tipis, + Bigger Room.

Tekanan air wastafel sangat kencang, di bawah ranjang banyak sampah, kotor, banyak nyamuk, tirai jendela kotor dan usang, cermin banyak debu. Lampu kamar redup! I hate's why nobody wrote and tell about drink water? Apakah kalian meminum air keran?
