Goldbrick Hotel

lokasi sangat strategis, staff-nya ramah semua dan siap membantu 24 jam kalau ada masalah. Dekat sekali sama MRT dan Monorail, tidak susah cari tempat makan karena disini dekat dgn KFC, MCD, jajanan di tepi jalan dan juga sangat dekat ke Alor. Mau ke Pavilion dekat. Kemana mana bisa jalan kaki dan lokasi selalu ramai sampai jam 1 atau jam 2 pagi jadi kalau mau pulang malam tidak usah khawatir. Minusnya air panasnya tidak bisa tapi kalau ke KL lagi saya pasti bakalan menginap disini lagi.

TV problem ! Can’t use! Room so smelly and a bit dirty ! This first and last come to this hotel !!!

Di luar ekspektasi luas kamarnya, but it's okay❤️

Petugasnya ramah, tempatnya lumayan lah nyaman juga. Cuman cari hotelnya agak susah. Karna dia ada didalam gedung lg. Posisinya lorongnya disamping kanan guardian terus hotelnya ada lantai 2. Dkt banget sama pavilion KL jalan aja sampai kok, dkt sama wisata kuliner juga.

Petugasnya ramah banget, kamarnya lumayan lah, tp nyaman. Cuman hotelnya di lantai 2, jd naik tangga kecil dlu, dan tangganya ada di sebelah kanan guardian. Dekat ke pavilion KL, sama dkt wisata kuliner.

Jadi saya memilih kamar yang tidak ada windownya untuk tiga orang. Dan ternyata 1 tempat tidur di letak dibawah. Hasilnya kami bertiga tidur di dalam 1 kasur.

This is the very first bad experience I ever had when I want to stay here, I arrived at the hotel in afternoon and the receptionist said that they already move us to another hotel in china town, because the hotel is under renovation and said that already contact us to our number that registered directly to their administration and they said that we didn't accept the calls, which we don't know whom number is that they called and I told the receptionist to call the number in front of us but still not connected and don't know who number they called, funny. They should be make the room unavailable when I want to order, not make it as available but change it in the duedate! poor hotel management!

According to the staff there, the premises do not belong to the hotel. Therefore, the hotel operation can be disrupted by any slacks or deficiency in their cooperation on the part of the premises owner whose timing can be totally out of sync. For example, maintenance related to the premises is under the premises owner who actually caused the room that we booked to be out of commission. We were also not informed by agent prior to our arrival. However, the hotel responded by giving us alternative which is arguably slightly better.

Avoid this hotel ! I booked a room with window for 3 nights. When I came here the receptionist just gave us the room without window. And we complained because the room with window has higher price than the room without it. The receptionist told me "your booking price is cheap, so we give you the room without window" very unprofessional hotel. The room is tiny, and the noise from outside is very loud, the room smell was not good. Very disappointed!

Lokasi sih sudah oke, kita menginap 4 hari. Hari pertama langsung dipindahkan ke hotel di pasar seni, mengecewakan! saya pilih hotel karena lokasi, kalau dipindahkan ya kecewalah.

The price was good, location ya still ok

The room was a bit dirty specially on the bed sheet there was a small blood stain its very small and it was covered with bed cover, however it shouldn't be used anymore. We stayed for 2 nights but only get 1 water bottle, can be nice if water dispenser with hot and cold water is available altho they will provide hot water if asked.

Hotelnya sebenarnya nyaman, tapi untuk 3 orang sangat sempit lokasinya benar benar ditengah bukit bintang deket sama alor deket pavilion deket tg's nasi kandar deket deh sama mana2 tinggal jalan aja

Location is so good, but hard too find Goldbrick Hotel for the first time. Sign Goldbrick Hotel its too high, so I can't see in near, I walk until finish Jl. Bukit Bintang so I can see the sign Goldbrick Hotel. I think because Goldbrick Hotel is 3rd floor.

Saya pesen kamar family room udah sebulan yang lalu tapi kami dikabarin sehari sebelum mau cek in kalo kamar yang kami pesen sedang rusak dan digantikan 2 kamar yang berdebu dan kotor. Kamar suami saya malah ada botol air mineral kosong yang mereka lupa buang kali ya 😒 Ga ga lagi deh nginep di sana.

Pesanan tidak sesuai, harus lebih diperhatikan lagi dan memang benar dengan review orang tentang kamarnya kecil. tapi tidak masalah. Kebersihan teras dan access tangga menuju hotel sangat kotor mungkin karena setiap lantai beda hotel jadi tidak ada yang tanggung jawab. Namun untuk tempat nilai 10. Kemana-mana sangat lah mudah dan sangat ramai.

Hotel buruk, amit-amit dan pelayanan buruk sekali. Kamar yang dipesan tidak sesuai. Kamar minta dibersihin 3 hari tidak dibersihin, parah, jangan mau menginap di hotel ini. Parah pokoknya mending hotel seberangnya.
