Its okay, its nearby from the alor so we can buy the food anytime. maybe the rooms its small but if we look the price its okay, but the bathroom for the shower its broken so we use cold water (but its okay for me) hahaha

The room is too small, and we have no way to walk, should walk on bed. There is no place even to put our luggages. There is no sign board there and a little bit difficult to find this hotel since we should go in a small way and climbing stairs to go there. I will think twice to go there again.

Excellent Location - Small Decent Room
The hotel is on second floor, you might struggle to find the hotel, its near KFC, Its near KFC just across the street you would see Gaurdian and Veille sign board, just in between these two you will see the stairsway to hotel stairway to hotel, they have lift however you will have to climb about 15 stair that is where you feel you probably chose wrong hotel however once you get reach hotel it looks nice and clean. Rooms are very small 10 Meters wall had some stains otherwise linen was clean and so was washroom, I could hear sound of TV in other room but it was not loud manageable. Guys on reception are attentive and speak English, Hindi, Urdu very well you would have do pay 50 RM deposit which they return when you check out make sure you check out on defined time I saw them charging 25 RM from other guest for late check out. View from Gallery is really nice you get to see the main street and even if you do not go down you do have a nice view. They do not have kettle in room but they have coffee machine etc in gallery. The hotel is on 45 minutes drive from airport, if you take government taxi from airport it will cost you 85 RM, Uber cost you about 75RM and Grab Taxi App will cost you 65 RM (depending on hours you land) I saw bus fare online it was about 52 RM so it made no sense to rely on bus, if you are not willing to spend lot of time at hotel then this is def. good option in budget

TERRIBLE
Made a booking to stay here for two nights, showed up to zen rooms which was actually gold brick hotel (& was very difficult to find) had a very dodgey man followed us up the stairs who hung around while TRYING to check in (which staff did nothing about even after making it very clear to them how uncomfortable we were feeling) anyway... proceeded to check in & were told the dorm Was unavailable due to leaking aircon (note- told ON arrival at 8.30pm.) Were then told that we could be moved to a private room at our own cost. I'm sorry , you can't expect to charge us MORE for something which was not at our fault nor had we been told prior to arriving. This then caused us to have to find somewhere new to stay at 9pm after a full day of traveling. Not helpful, not respectful & not friendly. VERY disappointed. Oh also wifi was not working - so went downstairs to the accomodation below to use their wifi and was told by staff there that this was a common occurrence. Wouldn't recommend and staff obviously need to learn some customer service skills. This situation could of been handled a lot better!!!!!

Good Budget Hotel
Stayed 1 night and returned next day to day 1 more night. Indeed not easy to find the place although it is located facing the main Bukit Bintang Road and there is no hotel signboard. You have to call them to get the direction. Otherwise, the location is perfect! Tips: the hotel is located above Guardian Pharmacy (opposite of Hotel Tai Ichi, nearest landmark KFC Bkt Bintang). Take the 2nd staircase on the right of Guardian and will leads you to the building lift. The hotel is on the 2nd floor. Room is clean and small but good for single or couples who just want comfortable bed and shower. Recommend for short stays only. Room has no window so you will feel like sleeping in a box but thankfully no smoking policy in the room so the room smell fresh and AC is good. Bathroom is clean and small but manageable. No amenities so you have to bring your own soap and shampoo. Toilet paper provided. Overall, it is good place to be if you want budget yet right at the heart of everything. Oh, very polite and friendly receptionist but suggest yo book the room via Zenhotels.com instead of walk-in as you will be quoted way more than it can be. Will look forward to stay this place again in future.

The Worst, I will give negative rating if it is allowed.
I booked 4 days in advance and this hotel cancelled our booking on the check in date itself n at 3pm, sending us an email. While we are on the train . I have to use the remaining time in the train to frantically search for other accommodation with the on and off Wi-Fi, depending on the area the train passes thru. They dont even bother to give us a ring to inform us of the unwarranted cancellation. If i dont happened to checked my email, then i will only found out when i reached the hotel. It's the most frustrating experience. I've been travelling for 25 years and this is by far the worst. Very unscrupulous hotel. N the next day BOOKING.COM has the nerve to send me email asking why I didn't turn up! After my complaining email to them, they promised they will compensate what ever additional cost but 4 days passed n i never heard from BOOK IN.COM again. So suffice to say both BOOKING.COM n GOLDBRICK r in my blacklist.

Couldn't find signboard & oily floor
I couldn't find the hotel signboard, I need to ask people around here only can get to know this hotel is located at 2nd floor. The floor is very oily until I dun even dare to step on the floor, feedback to receptionist but he told that cleaner already back and he still okay provide us an extra towel to wipe the floor. The most satisfy in this room is the coolness of air-conditional.
