房间很有设计感，但是颜色太重，整体特别黑～可能夏天住会觉得凉快些～位置在圣朱利安购物圈，边上就是bar和赌场，比较适合度假人，但房间晚上睡觉可能会比较吵

Overall the highlight of this hotel is respectful staff and the proximity to nearby events and lively area in St Julien’s. The downside is the noise pollution is very unavoidable and can be difficult to manage for stays greater than a couple days. I would advise that this is not a “romantic” hotel, and you will be exposed to noise pollution till roughly 4 AM local time daily. This is because H hotel is above a few clubs, so rooms with balconies (without sea-view) are directly above loud speakers that bounce off of the walls and go into the H hotel floors. The rooms and windows are not soundproofed, so although you will get relief around 0400 from the clubs and party speakers outside - you will also hear drunken people retuning and making lots of noise throughout the night. I attempted to switch my room during my booking from Dec 28-3 Jan and was successful after 3 days of attempts on 1 Jan after more guests checked out. I am hoping moving to the alternate side of the building will allow better rest as I have been unable to sleep well for the majority of the trip despite 32db ear plugs combined with noise cancelling headphones. I would recommend this hotel to younger folks who are comfortable with all-nighters and heavy sleepers. Some other points: -concerning I haven’t seen the dry or wet saunas cleaned in the “Spa”, the wet sauna looks like it has scum and dirt, and the grout is yellow and dirty -the coffee makers are very low quality, we had to have it replaced twice

Great decor, really comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. Very courteous staff! Definitely recommended. Will be staying there again.

Lovely hotel, nice friendly staff, rooms great, a bit dark, everything in there though, couldnt early check-in, that was only fault, would go again, you are by the nightlife, didnt disturb me, but someone will have to moan. In all, Great hotel as a "base" for your holiday, would return ;)

Staff not informative on arrival, didn’t explain breakfast times or where to go for breakfast in the morning. Would have been nicer if their staff had communicated better

Amazing but needs better pillows

Excellent service with great breakfast & catered for all even halal on request. I would definitely recommend this hotel as close to all amenities. Hugo burgers was delicious. The only downfall is the loud music going on til late but it is the busy side of St Julian.

Don’t recommend for stays longer that 3 days max. Staff was unhelpful and rude, rooms not “luxurious” at all. Very loud area. I highly don’t recommend. Spa treatments too pricy for the level of quality offered.

The rhotel and rooms were neat and clean.English Breakfast was tasty and sumptous. The staff was very courteous especially after we requested night reception staff Salman to change our room due to the noise from the clubs. As we had checked in at 1am there were no rooms available to change. Next day morning the Manager Ahmar moved us to a better room on the other side and away from the noise from the clubs.

Staff were all really friendly, great roof top pool and the spa is stunning. Treatments were also amazing

Hotel opzich is heel tof. Mooie kamer. We hadden een kamer geboekt met jacuzzi. Zeer ruime kamer alles was aanwezig. Een goed gevulde bar, strijkijzer en strijkplank. Kamerjassen en slippers aanwezig. Grote tv, zeer goed wifi netwerk. Ontbijt was pover. Werd ook niet tijdig aangevuld. Binnen zwembad was niet open wat jammer was. Iedereen was zeer vriendelijk. Nadeel maar dat wordt omschreven door het hotel zelf is het nachtlawaai. Je zit midden in de uitgangsbuurt. Voor wie graag op stap gaat ideaal! Ik had gehoopt dat we er niet zoveel last van zouden hebben maar dat was een utopie. Neem zeker oordoppen mee 😅

I was really disappointed with the H hotel, firstly I booked a suite with hot tub, nothing worked. The hot tub never worked the curtains didn't worked the doors didn't lock the room wasn't clean, the hallways needed a deep clean the breakfast restaurant area was dirty and tables were not wiped down after each resident in some area, the toilets needed regular cleaning in that area as well. I asked for a decaf latte I was ignored. The food was not nice at all and not much choices for vegan and fresh juice is not fresh juice more like concentrate. My room did get changed after this first day as they said they knew the room had issues but had no more rooms. I was offered a champagne but that really was not good enough, no refund on money. They changed to another room on the 9th Floor the following day which was okay, the downfall was that floor had a dreadful smell. The smell knocked you back for sure and the hot tub water is yellow and the one on the balcony not sure if the water had been changed, did not want to chance it as that looked like it had already been used by someone else and not clean. Basit at Reception is good. So sad the property let me down. Paid for breakfast but some days could not stomach eating in the unclean environment. Honestly there are better hotels, don't be fooled, this one is not worth it other than location.

The rooms on the side of the club street were too noisy. Music played until 4am in the morning. It's impossible to sleep. I had to upgrade my room to the other side facing the sea. It's much nicer but more expensive for sure. I like the ceiling mirror in general in the room. That's the best part. Spa and rooftop swimming pool was not bad either.

Clean and price / service balanced

Nice hotel with a perfect location if you want to be at a central location with evening «action» Hotel is clean with a very nice roof top pool and bar - Service could been given a little bit better but ok
