Perfect location

l'hotel è nel pieno centro del quartiere incasinato. E' quindi ovvio che se alloggi in un piano basso senti tutto quello che c'è fuori. L'inquinamento acustico è notevole, consiglio quest'hotel solo se hai meno di 35 anni e ti ritiri sbronzo che poi non senti nulla più e cadi in un sonno profondo. Per tutto il resto è alto livello, dalla colazione alla pulizia, dalle suppellettili alla vicinanza a tutto...

El servicio la mayoria muy prepotentes y antipaticos. Como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor dejandote quedar en el hotel. Hay que ser más humildes en la vida.

Service was excellent

Hotel was good. Had a great room. Close to beach. Also very close to nightlife. Very noisy. Really pleased we went, had a great stay but it’s for much younger ones than us 😁

The room was absolutely incredible! Hot tub was clean and nice whilst looking out to the beach. I couldnt fault a single thing with the room. Its was spotless and so quiet considering your right next to the loudest street in malta. My only issues i had with the hotel was the elevator was an absolute nightmare. Seemed to be waiting around for it to come. Once we waited that long, i took the stairs. The lobby had a lot of broken display items that just cheapen the hotel. If these where sorted i would happily say five stars all round!

Hôtel parfait si on vient pour faire la fête ! Il y a très souvent des soirées jusqu’à 4h du matin sur le toit de l’hôtel donc on entend la musique mais on le savait en venant. Chambre magnifique très propre spacieuse, emplacement au top

Muy cómodo, buen servicio. Eso sí, en temporada alta, el hotel está justo en medio de toda la locura.

Unfortunately nothing like the photos. Perfectly located for all the pubs but the balcony doors don't shut tight so you can hear all the outside music and commotion until the early hours. A couple of issues in the room which we raised, weren't dealt with very well, some not at all. Some staff were very rude and unhelpful, however there were some exceptional staff. The downstairs pool is very run down and smelly. The upstairs pool has sharp bits where tiles are missing and the view is unfortunately ruined by building works in the distance. Would not rate the standard of service received, nor the facilities as anything more than a 3 star.

The hotel was exactly like in the pictures. However, there are only two elevators for about 200 rooms, the spa, and the rooftop party/pool deck — clearly not enough, and you often have to wait several minutes. The air conditioning in the room would sometimes stop working after a few hours at night. The room was very dark, including the bathroom — I could barely see myself in the mirror, so for example, shaving was difficult because I couldn’t see the hairs. Of course, the surroundings are noisy — it's a party destination. Unfortunately, many guests were extremely loud around 4–5 AM. We often woke up and had to call security to shut down room parties. The glass bathroom doors (toilet, shower, etc.) were visible in the pictures, so be aware of that if it bothers you. The minibar is very expensive, and there were no prices displayed anywhere. On the positive side, the cleaning staff was extremely fast and super friendly. All employees spoke excellent English and were very polite. The rooftop pool deck gets crowded unless you go early in the morning, but the beach is only 3 minutes away and you can rent a sunbed for 5 euros. The breakfast buffet is tasty and varied. There’s fast Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Overall, it was a really nice stay.

Excellent location beautiful clean hotel

Het was echt heel goed! Super vriendelijke personeel. Lekker uitgebreid ontbijt en super propere mooie kamers. Alles in de buurt.

Air conditioning was poor. Reported to reception, and maintenance guy supposedly sorted it, saying it was doors not closed properly. However, it was never cool despite having the door closed all the time, leaving a key in to ensure the room didn’t suffer from heating during the day, and also checking that we could hear it on all the time. Room was just way too warm. All of the public spaces also too warm/no air con. One of the 2 lifts out of action on several occasions leading to longer queues for the lifts. Also, the electric curtains retracted by themselves, and then didn’t work. Our hot tub was in my opinion a little smelly, likely the water had not been changed regularly enough, or not the correct water treatment levels, which I suspect could be a potential health hazard (I have a hot tub at home and recognise the smell and slimy feel when the water is not looked after). Cleaning of the room was disappointing as on the first day, the cleaner didn’t come until around 5pm when we had already returned to the room. On the remaining days, the floor was not mopped, and the bath was not cleaned. Very dissatisfying after spending a lot of money on what should have been a luxurious stay.

I didn’t get an upgrade and my room was small but was walking distance to everything

The accommodation was ok with a couple bits of discrepancies. Breakfast was my favourite part. Apart from the strip being loud and noisy, the hotel hosted an event every night we were there which made things worse. We had to battle to use the lift because persons attending the events on the roof.

Amazing hotel and good location. Some party at the pool so this you can expect. Staff upgraded my room to a suite with Jacuzzi. Many thanks for great hotel experience.
