The room was nice very modern, the mirrors on the roof if a bit weird but the bed was huge and comfy. None of the restaurants, rooftop terrace and bars are in the same building as the hotel. they’re not too far away but it is right around the party party area, which if that’s what you want its good but was pretty busy and pretty loud at night too. They ask for a deposit that we didn't realise when first booking, which can take up to 14 days to be refunded after check out. The outdoor pool wasn't open. There was also two bits of paper that got you into the spa and if you don't return them to reception €50 comes off your deposit, they don't tell you that, it's just written in very small writing on the card, luckily my partner looked at them before we checked out, but yeah felt a bit like a scam because we might’ve just left them in the room. but overall was comfy and did the job, but glad we had a different hotel for the rest of our stay in Malta.

Tout était au top . Localisation, spa , service clientèle et personnels . J ai passé un séjour magnifique de A à Z un grand merci également aux personnels de nettoyage dont le travail est irréprochable.

Room was very nice, there were some issues such as the 200 euro damage deposit you have to pay on arrival, and have to wait around 4 days for it to be refunded after your stay.

La suite tres spacieuse et une tres bonne literie .personnel tres accueillant. Grand bemol pour le petit dejeuner pas assez de choix .la piscine pas suffisamment chauffée. Emplacement excellent proche de paceville et des commerces.

My stay was average. The room was clean and look like the pics online which was great. Dining staff were friendly but not front desk. Plus I used the cup and spoon in the room and it was never washed or removed. The stain was still present on both item. Another time house keeping came inside my room without knocking or acknowledging themselves, not cool.

Room was really nice and clean, bathroom was fab, especially the shower. The staff were friendly and efficient, the spa was nice, the breakfast was lovely. However, the noise of the music from the hotel nightclub was unbelievable! It went on until 3-4 in the morning and was so loud. It resonates through the whole building and if you want a decent night's sleep, think very hard about this hotel. Real shame as with the ridiculous music going on, this would be a 5 star review.

The staff at H Hotel were friendly and helpful, and we’d especially like to thank Khyam, who went out of his way to assist us with the issues we experienced. Unfortunately, we did face ongoing problems with some of the amenities, which meant we had to move rooms multiple times. This was quite disappointing and affected our overall stay.

Noisy and poor service

Overall the highlight of this hotel is respectful staff and the proximity to nearby events and lively area in St Julien’s. The downside is the noise pollution is very unavoidable and can be difficult to manage for stays greater than a couple days. I would advise that this is not a “romantic” hotel, and you will be exposed to noise pollution till roughly 4 AM local time daily. This is because H hotel is above a few clubs, so rooms with balconies (without sea-view) are directly above loud speakers that bounce off of the walls and go into the H hotel floors. The rooms and windows are not soundproofed, so although you will get relief around 0400 from the clubs and party speakers outside - you will also hear drunken people retuning and making lots of noise throughout the night. I attempted to switch my room during my booking from Dec 28-3 Jan and was successful after 3 days of attempts on 1 Jan after more guests checked out. I am hoping moving to the alternate side of the building will allow better rest as I have been unable to sleep well for the majority of the trip despite 32db ear plugs combined with noise cancelling headphones. I would recommend this hotel to younger folks who are comfortable with all-nighters and heavy sleepers. Some other points: -concerning I haven’t seen the dry or wet saunas cleaned in the “Spa”, the wet sauna looks like it has scum and dirt, and the grout is yellow and dirty -the coffee makers are very low quality, we had to have it replaced twice

Great decor, really comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. Very courteous staff! Definitely recommended. Will be staying there again.

Lovely hotel, nice friendly staff, rooms great, a bit dark, everything in there though, couldnt early check-in, that was only fault, would go again, you are by the nightlife, didnt disturb me, but someone will have to moan. In all, Great hotel as a "base" for your holiday, would return ;)

Staff not informative on arrival, didn’t explain breakfast times or where to go for breakfast in the morning. Would have been nicer if their staff had communicated better
