Super Hotel

Lovely hotel, with a spacious, clean room and a superb shower. Staff all polite and exceptionally helpful. The spa area was a lovely place to relax for an hour or so. Close to everything St Julian’s had to offer and no distance to explore Malta generally.

Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, was für mich eigentlich am wichtigsten ist. Aber auch das Design hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut umd man hat von allem etwas gefunden. (Kaffee ist auch sehr gut) In den Zimmern stehen auch Nespresso Maschinen was ich in der Früh sehr schätze. Wir hatten Zugang zur Clublounge. Eine tolle Sache wenn man am späten Nachmittag einen kleinen Happen essen möchte. Am meisten hat uns aber die Hilfsbereitschaft, Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit des Personals gefallen. Ob es nun der Manager, die Rezeptionisten oder das Reinigungs- oder Küchenpersonal waren. Alle waren stets sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit und wir hatten dadurch einen tollen Aufenthalt. Wir würden aif jeden Fall wieder dieses Hotel buchen. Empfehlen würde ich allerdings unbedingt ein Zimmer mit Stadtblick bzw mit Balkon. Zimmer auf der anderen Seite haben tatsächlich gar keine Aussicht.

Great hotel and fantastic staf

Meine Tochter und ich waren sechs Tage auf Malta im Hayatt Centric und hatten insgesamt eine sehr schöne Zeit. Gleich zu Anfang wollten wir ein anderes Zimmer haben da wir nicht so gerne im EG sind, unseren Wunsch hat man Promt erfüllt. Vielen Dank hierfür Das Hotel ist sehr schön, die Räume überdurchschnittlich groß, sehr sauber, mit Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett, Fön usw. ausgestattet. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und aufmerksam insbesondere die junge Dame am Frühstücksbuffet. Wir haben einen Ausflug geplant, dieser wurde vom Hotel aus gebucht. Lediglich der Ausblick war aus unserem Zimmer nicht so toll da wir direkt auf die Fassade eines weiteren Hotels geschaut haben. Wenn wir wieder nach Malta reisen sollten, werden wir sicherlich erneut im Hayatt Centric wohnen. Liebe Grüße Jozefina und Lana

Great hotel at an amazing location. The room is spacious and has all the things needed even for a longer stay. The Breakfast is at the rooftop restaurant and is top notch: great variety, excellent quality.

Friendly and courteous staff. Good location with restaurants nearby. Didnt give 5 stars because bed and pillows are horrible and my husband and I were unable to sleep.

Room and location were excellent - We did not use the other facilities.

We recently concluded our stay at the Hyatt Centric Malta and, while we were initially very excited, we regrettably found that the experience fell short of the expected standards for a five-star establishment. There was the lack of consistent professionalism among the staff, which resulted in a service level below what we have experienced at comparable four-star properties. Although staff seemed to be trying, the service was inconsistent, suggesting potential training or management issues. Furthermore, the breakfast was often disappointing, as the food was frequently cold and not very fresh, despite a good variety. On our final day, we felt unnecessarily rushed regarding checkout, receiving three separate calls from Housekeeping and Reception more than 30 minutes before the required time. Finally, the in-room air conditioning was ineffective, leaving the room feeling stuffy. We did appreciate the positive aspects of the hotel, including its excellent location, proximity to shops and restaurants, and the cleanliness, layout, and comfort of the room. In summary, while the hotel has potential, we were ultimately disappointed with the overall level of service and quality during our visit.
