Third visit to Malta, second stay at this luxurious and stunning hotel. I had a suite with a balcony and I would highly recommend this type of booking. My room was cleaned daily to a high level. The Maltese staff give the hotel its five-star rating, with exceptional service, outstanding facilities, and attention to detail. Thank you.
Transport in Malta is very reasonable. Download the Bolt App. Also, the ferry from Sliema to Valletta is only 3 euro each way, as are the little boats from Valletta to The Three Cities. Magical experiences!
Malta is an absolutely stunning destination with breathtaking scenery and one of the most beautiful coastlines in the Mediterranean. We took a cruise to the crystal-clear waters of the Blue Lagoon, explored Valletta to experience history, charm, and incredible architecture. Sliema and St Julian's gave us the perfect mix of seaside walks, restaurants, and nightlife for our teenagers. The Three Cities gave us a fascinating glimpse into Malta's rich heritage and authentic character.
Malta may be one of the world's smallest nations, but it packs an incredible punch with its coastlines, ancient cities, and history! Three visits and we still have much more to explore…

Egentlig et ok hotel, men der var lidt langt til de forventninger, som jeg har til et 5 stjernet hotel. Det gælder blandt andet service ved poolen (beskidte borde, skrald fra tidligere gæster o. lign), rengøring på værelset (eksempelvis manglende udskiftning af brugte kaffekopper, manglende toiletpapir)
- så faktisk bare lige de små ting, som giver det ekstra.
Poolen er meget lille og til tider overfyldt med larm og høj musik.
En stor ros skal lyde til mulighederne for at bruge alle faciliteter efter check ud - og ikke mindst meget imødekommende receptionister.

I was very underwhelmed and disappointed by my stay. The Expedia listing describes this as a luxurious, relaxing hotel with Mediterranean sea views, but in reality, there are no sea views - just city views. The pool areas are small, packed, and accompanied by loud music, making it difficult to relax. One night, we were awakened at 4:00 a.m. when the fire alarm sounded three times, requiring guests to evacuate. Although we later learned it was a technical issue, there was never a formal apology or acknowledgment from hotel management which I found strange and unacceptable.
The air conditioning in my room did not work properly which was especially challenging since the temps outside were over 100 degrees each day. My shower also lacked hot water for two days.
While the front desk staff were courteous and tried to help, they appeared limited in what they could do. I also made several attempts to contact the hotel manager and never received a response after sending an email. This lack of communication, combined with the other issues above, made this a disappointing stay and below the level of hospitality I have come to expect from Hyatt Hotels.

2 out of 4 nights of my stay there were children in the indoor pool even though it was supposed to be 14+ only after 6pm. This was quite annoying.
The jacuzzi was also not operational for the whole week I was there.
Staff were very friendly. Room was very spacious and an excellent location. Just slightly let down by things within their control.

Von beginn an waren wir begeistert! Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang freundlich und aufmerksam, erklärten einige Dine wie Frühstück und das nutzen vom Spa.
Unser Zimmer war top, mit allem ausgestattet was Mann/Frau braucht und auch kostenlose Bademäntel waren vorhanden. Beim Frühstück war alles da, was man sich wünschte und noch mehr (frisch zubereitetes Omelett 🤗). Nach dem ersten Tag brauchte ich auch unsere Zimmernummer nicht mehr nennen, weil der Concierge Herr Nevadin alles sich gemerkt hat… auch das ich erst nur einen Kaffee brauche und die anderen nachkommen. Er war alle Tage bis auf den letzten (wohl verdient frei) sehr aufmerksam zu uns bzw. zu den Gästen. Die Crew am Pool auch einfach gut drauf und hilfsbereit!
Insgesamt war es ein sehr guter Aufenthalt und wenn wir noch einmal nach Malta kommen sollten, dann nur ins Hyatt Cintric! Denn das war einer der tollsten Aufenthalte die ich bisher erlebt habe. Nochmals herzlichen Dank an das tolle Personal! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The room and property was very clean. I got club access which was beneficial. I got to use the lounge for drinks, relaxation and pre-dinner snacks. The breakfast buffet was complete and full of variety. The rooftop pool was lovely and I used it a few times. Walking distance to the main area of St Julian. Let’s stay here again.

Over the years Malta has become more and more built up unfortunately as much as my stay Waz pleasant the room was facing a brick wall there was huge glass door window windows but you could see nothing but concrete I felt like I was in a basement flat surrounded by concrete it was quite claustrophobic. There is a number of rooms on that side and there was no other room available for me to take, which was a little disappointing as I said I felt quite claustrophobic after my first night stay.
Other than that, the hotel is a nice fresh take on Malta.

Great stay overall. The room was modern with plenty of outlets and charging options for devices. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep. The shower—it had excellent water pressure and felt luxurious. I would happily stay here again.

Absolutely one of the most memorable trips I’ve had (and I have done hundreds!). Hyatt Centric just ticked off everything for me. The staff were all incredible, helpful, always smiling and attentive. The room had a lot of space, bed was comfortable, AC was spot on, all the amenities were great! They even did a surprise in the room, thank you staff for being sweet. 🥰 I am already looking forward to going back and have already told all my friends to book this place. The location is absolutely 💯 what we needed, in the centre of it all, restaurants, bars - beach…just amazing! Can’t fault this hotel. Deserves a 5***** 🙌🙌🙌 Oh the sunset view was incredible, do not miss it! The pool was ❤️
