Plage magnifique, super emplacement (peut être un peu bruyant parfois mais franchement ça allait). Chambre sympa, jolie, propre (manque un peu de rangement). Douche extérieure très cool. Jolie vue sur la mer. Personnel super gentil.

This property is beautiful and clean. Staff is welcoming, attentive and pleasant. The beach is stunning and the vibe is calm and zen. The room does not have a mini fridge which was very surprising to learn upon arrival to our room considering we are in a hot climate. The room also does not have a hair dryer or a coffee maker. In my opinion those should be included especially for the price of the room. The food was good however like everywhere in Tulum, extremely expensive, example you will pay around 30$CAN for a Margarita. There is a taco spot just accross the street which was good and comparable to North American pricing. The Starbucks is also right next to the hotel but the prices are absolutely ridiculous. All in all, I do not think the whole experience was worth the money spent. Because of these reasons despite the hotel itself being beautiful, I would not return.

Food quality an options need improvement. Mixology was average while some of the drinks weren’t that good. Price for all was high. Hence is why I give an average rating.

Tulum has really changed from time we were there. Everything is so much more expensive and couldn't get in beach due to seaweed. Had a few bad experiences where restaurants were automatically charging tips. We used to love Tulum but will not be returning. It's literally turned into Cancun

Sergio was amazing, our room cleaners kept it immaculate. Will definitely be returning, such a perfect spot for a honeymoon or girls trip.

Sergio and Fer were great at the restaurant. The room had a great view.

I can honestly can not find anything negative to say about Ahau. It really was one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. The staff was amazing. The food was amazing, the room was amazing. Entire hotel was amazing. Service was top notch. The ocean was full of sea weed but the hotel was so good at cleaning it up from the beach. These guys work very hard. It takes them hours to clean the sea weed. The concierge was absolutely perfect. They were always in touch with us. Also one thing I liked was we can ask for anything through WhatsApp. Any request any problem. I like that system a lot.

Lovely place

I felt like I was in nature the entire time. What a beautiful property in a natural setting, complete with sand walkways around the rooms. I felt so at peace here. The ocean was the constancy presence in my six day stay. I’m looking forward to returning soon.

Very dissatisfied with the process of check in and checking out. Checking in was very slow, only one person at the reception desk and a confusion with the unit that I paid. Also, I got overcharge for the room. Overall, the hotel is nice, clean, beach front, walkable to shopping and restaurants. It was our first time to Tulum and it was fun.
