Great place great location. Comfortable clean quiet. Lovely neighborhood. Lots of restaurants nearby.

We had a very pleasant, comfortable stay at AR218. It is located in a beautiful area of Condessa close to great restaurants and access to major museums and local historical sites. The room was very comfortable and quiet. For the occasions we needed something in the room or information the AR218 staff and manager were responsive and professional. We’ll be back when we visit CDMX again!

Nice little hotel in a relatively quite area, with many cafes a short walking distance away. The staff couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean! Great location. Walking distance to many restaurants, shops, etc. 2 doors down is a great coffee shop, Casa Bruna.

The location is very convenient, the staff is friendly and helpful, the wifi worked great in the main room of the apartment, there are restaurants and coffee shops everywhere. The room was spacious and had some amenities. Sound carries but we had good neighbors. It was a very good stay.

Good location, staff was helpful

This was a very comfortable hotel with plenty of space in the rooms. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom well designed other than the placement of the faucet but hey... The neighborhood is wonderful, with many wonderful places nearby for coffee and meals. We avoided the Starbucks on the property because we'd rather support local businesses. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a great place, conveniently located to everything

Great service. Our room was so dimly lit and we asked for more lights and they delivered 3 lamps and stronger light bulbs. In the future, we would ask for a room on an upper floor. We were on the second floor. The corridors were also dimly lit so we were very careful. The hotel people were very responsive and helpful. Having a Starbucks in the courtyard was great so we could pick up breakfast and croissants in the morning.

We loved our 8 days in AR 218 Hotel. The room was enormous, a separate sitting area with kitchenette, sofa, table. Spotless, loved the Condesa neighborhood, excellent service.

We had an amazing stay at AR218! Kind, accommodating staff. Spotless room. Comfy bed and pillows. The rooftop terrace was so pleasant. Not to mention great location. We were able to walk to tons of cute cafes, shopping and parks. Highly recommend!

Cute little place with a lovely terrace on the roof and a Starbucks on the ground floor. Well situated to wander with good food places all around. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel was so perfect for us for a one week stay in CDMX. The location in La Condesa near two parks was lovely and 10 minute walk to subway for Centro Historico, etc. The room is a midsized apartment with kitchenette and living room area then comfortable bedroom. Everything was clean and inviting - every day it’s all fresh. And Diana and Bryan - whom you’ll meet by text as soon as you book - were just lovely, you can ask them anything. It was a find for us.

We loved our eight night stay. The helpful staff, the location, the room size and the great outdoor space were all standouts. Kudos to the very kind and contentious housekeeper. She was so very thorough each and every day. The neighborhood is a delight. We would definitely book again.

room was great! spotless roomy and affordable . supreme room had a nice size living room stove and free filtered bottled water, king size comfy bed and bathroom nice! i would 100% recommend ! staff friendly and flexible . i don’t work here so know this is from a true customer . perfect location with a starbucks attached to the hotel .only draw back no english tv so bring your passwords for netflix . the price very reasonable for the accommodations. has a gym too with patio you can relax on with canopies or full sun . i slumbered on one of their very comfortable patio lounge couches
