Great hotel with lots of room. Only thing that bugged me is it smelled like an air scent was being pumped into the room . I’m sensitive to artificial smells. Other than that a great place.

Excellent location in a wonderful neighborhood. Staff was very responsive to all of our needs and promptly communicated, even making a reservation at a hard-to-get restaurant for us. While there's not a full staff on site, we felt taken care of and attended to. Room was nice, cleaned daily. Wish there was a bit stronger lighting, but it was a good stay for our family of four.

Excellent experience at A.R. 218 apartment hotel in a terrific La Condesa location. Spacious and clean suites with great bathrooms (excellent hot shower) and plenty of built in storage for our things. We stayed 6 nights in a family suite and found that texting with the front desk (Fernando was amazing!) Worked best. Our rooms were made up daily and when we asked for ice it was promptly delivered. The family suite is set up with two king suites each with a locked door and a locked entryway. (Perfect for our college age kids). This was great for us with space for all. The rooftop deck upstairs had couches in the shade for great reading time/siesta in the afternoon. We did zero cooking (who wants to cook in Mexico City?!). In the morning we went next door to Cafe Bruno for takeaway pastries and coffee or across the street for upscale breakfast/lunch wirh good seating at Another cafe. 3 minutes by foot is delicious seafood at Coracar de Mer (reserve in advance although we snagged an 8 pm reservation one night ay 7:30 pm) and Danny Meyer level service. Also, worth the trip is the rooftop restaurant at Barrio Alameda overlooking Parque Alameda and a 2 minute walk to see the Diego Rivera mural museum - one giant fantastic mural. A washer dryer at AR 218 is available in leve B1 including free suds from 6 to 11 pm. The small gym could use a foam roller and mats, but is fine for a quick workout. Note: a portable heater can be provided for your room on request. Enjoy your stay!

Very attentive and helpful staff.

Great location, nice street and close to many good cafes. We arrived at 7am, had to wait for a few hours for check-in which was a bit frustrating but eventually got checked-in earlier than usual thanks to the staff. Clean and spacious apartment. Air conditioning has a cooler but no heater (so it gets a bit cold at night). Furniture and appliances are all nice and clean. Building has a poor noise insulation. You hear weird sounds from pipes, flushes, and other apartments.
