Me gustó todo. El servicio fue excelente. En recepción del hotel y del restaurante fue super excelente. La comida excelente la pasta al Fredo.

Buena ubicación, buen restaurante y buenas instalaciones a buen precio… lo recomiendo

El hotel está frente a la playa, la cual está espectacular. El costo es un poco alto para las instalaciones que cuenta, ya que le hace falta Mantenimiento, sus blancos son viejos. La atención del personal que labora ahí es excelente, es lo que salva al hotel

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed I am with the entire experience. The photos online are extremely misleading and do not represent the actual state of the property. We booked this hotel because it was advertised as a three-star, but I can assure you, it couldn’t be further from the truth. To start with, nothing worked in our room. The TV was completely useless, and the internet was nonexistent. We reached out for assistance multiple times, but despite our efforts, no one was available to help us. It was incredibly frustrating to be ignored, especially when you're paying for a service that is clearly not being delivered. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If I could give it zero stars, I absolutely would. There are plenty of other options out there—do yourself a favor and steer clear of this one.

Agradable estancia, sintiendo la calma y vistas espectaculares del majestuoso Mahahual. El fuerte en conjunto con su club de playa y restaurant es una excelente opción para estar frente a una zona de playa inigualable.

El servicio y atención excelente en especial de Juliana en recepción y de Abrahan en el restaurante que además nos apoyo con el servicio de masaje y la actividad de Snorkel, muy atento en todo momento, tuvimos excelente estancia

El hotel está en condiciones regulares no cuentan con elevador ni rampa.

Me tocó una toalla manchada de sangre y la sábana igual, pero está a pie de playa.

Servicio excelente, me quedé fuera en el balcón y me ayudaron, el servicio muy bueno, a la orilla de la playa, muy limpia. Sin duda volveré

The room was great! I had a balcony overlooking the sea. I sat in the living room half the night just looking out the window at the well lit beach, while pretending to do work on my laptop. Downstairs, the restaurant had a nice vibe. I had the grilled shrimp tacos. They were amazing! I should have gotten an order for the road! Everything was great, from someone from reception walking me to my room, to the easy on-site parking. I will definitely be back.

Me dieron una habitación hasta el 4 piso, cargue 4 maletas y kia dos niñas. Hacia mucho aire y hacia mucho ruido golpeaban la lámparas y unas persianas. No pudimos dormir. Falta un poco más de detalle en el baño. Nos dejaron un Papel caís terminado al igual que shampoo.

A place to relax which is clean, excellent foodand 10 steps to the small but clean beach and sea.

Hotel muy bien en general, la primer habitación que nos dieron el baño es ultra pequeño, si quieres entrar se tiene que salir el aire, nos tuvieron que cambiar de cuarto por este motivo, al 4o piso escaleras muy empinadas. La limpieza del cuarto no es muy buena, no cambian las toallas del baño en toda tu estancia. El personal es muy amable, las chicas de recepción muy amables. Se ve que le dan mantenimiento constante, por lo que elhotel estabien mantenido. El restaurante está muy bueno, y el beach club muy bien.

The check in process was easy. All staff was very helpful. The receptionist even assisted me in carrying luggage. The beach club was awesome. Great food and drinks. Abraham was very hospitable and energetic. We will definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to anyone interested in a great location.
