Very friendly staff! Cute, old hotel with nice decorations. The breakfast was excellent!

Personal muy amable. Reservamos un masaje en pareja el cual estuvo delicioso (si recomiendo). Las chicas muy puntuales y profesionales. En cuanto a la habitacion, la cama estaba MUY comoda, dormimos delicioso a pesar de estar en una zona concurrida. El agua de la regadera salia caliente/fria sin problema, Buen wifi, muchos lugares cerca para comer. Si regresamos y recomendamos.

The staff are all wonderful and speak very good English. They bring a French press coffe to your room in the morning. The breakfast included from the cafe Herva downstairs was very good. The hotel is an old mansion, restored to a degree and turned into a hotel. They did a fine job but don’t expect everything to be crisp and sharp, it’s an old, historic building. Although I had no problem, the upper rooms may be preferable. The two rooms on the first floor are just feet away from the front desk in the foyer and, depending, may not feel very private as sounds do transfer from foyer to room and back. That said, night shift was very, very quiet and did not disturb me. AC was great and appreciated as it got warm during the day and this room had no operable windows. Overall a very pleasant and sound experience. I would stay again when visiting Colonia Americana.
