Elevator was broken, and we had to take the stars for the days we stayed. We were on the 4th floor, with an upstairs bar, on one of the nights there was a mariachi playing outside of our room until 1am. Hotel gave us no warring

Staff very very attentive and looked free us well.

Our stay was amazing in this historic hotel. The staff was super friendly and made us feel welcomed and at home. The amenities and the cleanliness was excellent as well. I will definitely be returning soon.

Heavy mattress

Ubicación, ambiente todo bien, solo la cama un poco incómoda, demasiado mullida

I booked a room with 2 beds. The room only had one bed. The Hotel Frances was full so we had to go find another room. We were charged anyway. Exedia.com can not be trusted. Unless I am refunded this week I will be letting Facebook, etc know

Staff very nice. Hotel is beautiful, rooms are rough. Roof top and Mariachi great. Rooms might be good for some local standards. Those from USA, go somewhere else. I hate to complain, but when there are car fresheners in the bathroom....

Mucho ruido , se escucha todos , se mete el olor de la cocina a los cuartos.

Clean and staff was nice.

Staff were very nice and provided great service. Room space was very small specially the bathroom and shower. Towels were very thin. Elevator was out of service multiple times.

Todo muy bien solo si una buena remodelacion a los baños

The elevator was not working. It was hard for my brother taking the stairs.

El lugar tiene buena ubicación, el problema fue el ruido y el trato del gerente y una de las personas de recepción. Les entregué la tarjeta de acceso al salir a pasear y al regreso me aseguraronnque yo había perdido la llave, les pedí revisaran las cámaras y al final se vio donde la entregué a la recepcionista, yo había argumentado que se la había entregado a alguien de recepción, que me parecía era un hombre y ellos alegaban que había sido mi culpa por no decirles quién era exactamente. Se disculpó el gerente pero de malos modos, alegando que él también me exigía una disculpa por el mal rato. La llave siempre la tuvieron en el mostrador y la encontraron justo después de verse cómo la entregué a la recepcionista. Reconocí que no me acordaba que si la persona era hombre o mujer, pero los modos en los que me trataron y contestaron no son de un perdonas educadas. Fueron prepotentes tanto la recepcionista que se reía en mi cara cuando el gerente me exigía las disculpas, cómo él, cuando le dije que no se las iba a ofrecer después del mal rato y el trato que estaba recibiendo.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y la decoración es acogedora. La variedad del desayuno era muy limitada. Hubo una fiesta en la terraza y el ruido se escuchó hasta tarde en la noche.

I had to check out because elevator was not working and my mom uses a wheelchair. I need my money to be reimbursed for the hotel Frances.

El personal fue muy amable

No sirve el elevador y nuestra habitación estaba en el tercer piso, teníamos que subir más de 80 escalones.

Excelente servicio y ubicación, fui en temporada que estaban cerradas varias vialidades por obras al rededor del hotel, marque y en todo momento me fueron guiando y estuvieron pendientes de que llegara al hotel, pues no soy de esa ciudad.
