Habitación limpia y el personal muy amable

El hotel se anuncia en Expedia/Hotels como un hotel normal, pero mi experiencia fue más parecida a la de un hotel de paso. La estancia fue muy decepcionante. Desde la llegada, la recepción detrás de un vidrio da una sensación poco acogedora, más cercana a una zona de alta inseguridad que a un hotel cómodo. La decoración es muy básica y de mal gusto; por ejemplo, tiene el logo del hotel en el techo, justo arriba de la cama. Las habitaciones no tienen ventanas, por lo que estás completamente encerrado, sin luz natural ni ventilación exterior. Los servicios básicos también fueron mediocres: el aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido, enfriaba demasiado y luego se apagaba, haciendo que el cuarto pasara de estar helado a caliente constantemente. La regadera tenía muy poco flujo de agua caliente, apenas suficiente para bañarse. Lo reporté y me dijeron que estaba bien, aunque claramente no era así. El desayuno fue muy malo: comida grasosa, básica y poco apetecible. Terminé comiendo solo un plátano y tomando café aguado. Lo único positivo es que el hotel parece relativamente nuevo. Fuera de eso, no lo recomendaría para alguien que busca un hotel normal para descansar o viajar por trabajo.

The location is not great if you’re going downtown or farther away; if you’re going to an event to Arena Monterrey it’s a walking distance nonetheless locals recommended not to walk the area, most of the uber services or similar have a hard time finding it. The shower had some hair residues from previous guests. There is no elevator from the main entrance to the front desk only a small set of stairs and no bell boy, thus, you need to pick up your bags and bring them up the stairs to check in The staff is somewhat friendly but not as helpful as one would hope for the price being paid with the exception of the kitchen staff who even prepared a protein shake using my protein from home and some off the menu items. Room is comfortable, food is great!

The room has no window, so it feels a bit enclosed, but it is clean and I had no issues with it. There are no tissues provided in the room. If you’re visiting for sightseeing, the hotel is a little far from the city center. It takes about 30–40 minutes on foot. There are not many shops or restaurants around the hotel, but there is a convenience store very close by.

Great location, very comfortable room and bed, shower is really big and the staff are awesome

La habitación estaba muy limpia y con buen aroma. Tal vez un poco oscura, pero no es algo tan terrible para mí. Excelente temperatura y presión del agua. Excelentes instalaciones y desayuno buffet muy rico. El restaurante no tiene acceso por elevador; para aquellas personas que usan sillas de ruedas, andaderas, muletas, etc. esto puede ser algo importante a tener en cuenta. El personal siempre fue muy amable.

Salía olor a drenaje y aguas negras por el orificio del lavamanos y la coladera de la regadera. Es claro que intentan cubrir la problemática debido a los aromatizantes automáticos distribuídos en el baño y cuarto.

La atención del personal

La habitación 10 de 10, excelente. El aire acondicionado funcionando al cien, el desayuno muy también muy rico. Recomiendo el Hotel MYST. 🙋‍♀️

El área de restrauramte y la comida son muy buenos, habitaciones cómodas y con aire acondicionado, tranquila la zona y cerca de parque fundidora, recomendable

Terrible decision. The Venue itself is beautifully renovated. Unfortunately we did not feel safe with the immediate surroundings. No management was available to adjust or credit our stay. High ratings certainly seemed fake after checking in (stayed 3 hours at most - including 1 hour dining top level) food was great but slow to serve. No water bottles available. Personally would not recommend.
