Lo único que fallo es que llame al Room service y nunca contestaron, pero de ahí , habitación con mucho espacio, el baño muy lindo, y sobre todo buena comodidad

Hotel and Rooms were very modern and well kept. Very clean…hotel staff was helpful with travel ideas! Area around hotel does not have a lot of walking options for easy shopping or sit down food areas. But the hotel itself was amazing!

Gran atención, la zona no es la mejor pero pues muy céntrica. Del restaurante pedimos la entrada myst la cual me decepcionó el tamaño de los boneless, una hamburguesa de pollo y alitas que estaban buenas, por el precio de los platillos estaba bien. La habitación estaba bien, el desayuno que incluye estaba sumamente completo.

Nice hotel on a busy road. Staff are friendly but only some speak English. But they use translator apps to communicate effectively. A/C works well. Room had decent beds. But they did not change towels or clean during our 3-day stay.

Food was great staff are efficient and quick

I requested an early checkout due to a family emergency—my father was hospitalized and in critical condition. His physician advised me to stay at the hospital, as my father was in his final days. I contacted Expedia, and they informed me that any exception would depend on the hotel manager’s discretion. Unfortunately, when Expedia attempted to speak with the manager and staff, they were told no one spoke English. I also spoke directly with the manager, explained the situation, and asked for some compassion. Sadly, his response was cold and dismissive—he arrogantly said, “rules are rules,” and insisted there was nothing he could do. Given the circumstances, I was extremely disappointed by the lack of empathy and basic human decency.

My wife and I would walk to parque fundidora and there’s a delicious taqueria right next to the hotel. Everything was clean and the shower was huge even with a little bench in it.

The staff is wonderful and accommodating. Breakfast is included and they have a system where there is no contact service to your room. You have a variety of breakfast plates to choose from and it was very good! A few things to keep in mind is the property is close to Metrorrey train station, so that’s a big plus! It is close to Parque Fundidora about 3/4 mile but super hard to access walking so you’ll need to take a taxi. I wouldn’t say the neighborhood is super walkable so be prepared to use taxis. The property doesn’t have common spaces so there are no places for families to congregate outside the hotel room. I recommend this hotel for adults only as there are no family spaces. They don’t have quiet hours at night so you may hear loud TV’s and hallway noise. I think with some quiet hours rules that should take care of most of it. They have basic toiletries so be sure to pack extra conditioners or lotions you may need. It was a convenient last minute booking that worked for my situation.
