We had to book a different hotel to stay there. Hotel is under construction with dirty rooms and no staff to help.

Staff is always fabulous here. Room was great, view is awesome and the staff and food are consistently awesome. Hugo served us multiple times for food and cocktail and his service is always with a smile. We've stayed here numerous times and it always meets our expectations and then some!

Room was clean and well maintained. AC worked adequately (as far as México goes in our experience) Right on north beach, you’re paying for the location, not necessarily the room or amenities. Includes beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach. One day it seemed full and the towel guy pulled out 2 more chairs and dug a hole and plopped an umbrella down for us. We did not use the pools, one seemed to be in the sun all day and one was out of the pool. Drinks on the beach from Kalak were average for the island beaches both as far as flavor and cost. Not cheap. Snacks we got were not worth our time or money from the restaurant. Only made that mistake twice. Rest of the time we walked to Hidalgo and ate at a restaurant. Bonus is it’s close to the street food cards in the evenings, tacos, tortas, churros. Our favorites were Tacos Toros, great great tacos. Our favorites were the shrimp and pastor. The 3 guys hamburger cart is sneaky good. I ate there a couple nights and honestly best burger I’ve have in quite a while. All in all a great place to stay and we will definitely consider this place on our next trip to our favorite vacation spot

Awesome service, we had a blast with them. Very clean, the staff was friendly, noise at night was minimal. Loved our stay there!

Great location and well kept and managed.

The room was a basic room but that is what we reserved. Staff at front desk, restaurant and cleaning ladies were all so friendly and accommodating. The beach access was excellent and the close proximity to add the food and shopping on Hidalgo was great!! We will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Wonderful location, clean rooms and great service

Room was spacious and good. We didn’t do a nicer room so the window is small and you had to get up to see out. Great access to beach and loved the free beach chairs and umbrellas. Location was fantastic. Staff very nice. The restaurant was decent for food. Pool was good.
