We stay here whenever in Valladolid. One block from the main square, large pool, spacious clean rooms, excellent showers, great bed, easy free parking. Excellent value for money. Everything is walkable and is the best location. Check in and out is fast and everyone is friendly. Highly recommended.

Overall, great location, large comfortable rooms and bathrooms. The AC worked great. Room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and courteous. The only issue was the TV wasn't working properly and they never fixed during our stay (3 nights/2 days). We would definitely stay here in our next visit to Valladolid.

La chambre qui a été attribuée à mon amie était déjà occupée ! Pas cool sachant que sac à main et affaires personnelles étaient dans la chambre .
Femme de chambre rentre dans la chambre sans toquer à 9:00 du matin … heureusement j étais habillée !

The hotel was okay for a short stay- the breakfast was basic. I would not recommend staying in a room here with 4 people! We also had an issue with the air conditioning and no one was able to have a restful sleep.
We moved to Kaleici and stayed in a small and beautiful hotel with service to match.

We had to change rooms because of a very strong mold smell in our first floor room. After complaining, we were moved to a different room without the king bed we had selected. The second room was very nice. We were not offered any refund of the amount we had paid for the king bed.
Overall, this is a nice hotel, but they have ventilation problems in some rooms.
