Muy bien las habitaciones, limpias, lugar seguro, muy céntrico, todo se puede hacer caminando. Muy recomendable el hotel.
Mi unica observacion es el estacionamiento, es muy pequeño y si se satura, tú huesped tienes que ir a dejar tu coche al estacionamiento alterno del hotel, que está a varias cuadras, considero que este servicio deberia de ser del hotel y no hacerlo los huespedes.

It was a lovely hotel in a great location very quiet, comfortable beds, well maintained. We had a lovely room overlooking the courtyard.
We had an unfortunate situation though. The second night we were there the air-conditioning failed in our room. We were moved to another room and that air conditioner didn’t really work so then we would move to another room. The hotel staff was super helpful and very accommodating, it was just unfortunate we had to move rooms twice.

Our check in was easy, the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and easy to find. We did not get a chance to check out the pool but it looks clean and the kids staying here seem to love it! It was quiet at night and they have blackout curtains which are super helpful. Beds were comfy and the bathroom was spacious enough to hold my belongings. I would have preferres more towels but the staff was accommodating when i requested more. The showers were nice but not fully enclosed so be careful of the water spray as it will get all over the bathroom floor if you're not careful. I enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The location was close to the museums, San Servacio church and all the shops.
