We stay here whenever in Valladolid. One block from the main square, large pool, spacious clean rooms, excellent showers, great bed, easy free parking. Excellent value for money. Everything is walkable and is the best location. Check in and out is fast and everyone is friendly. Highly recommended.

This hotel is walking distance from main Plaza. The food in the hotel’s restaurant was on point. Staff were friendly and attentive. Room was clean. My kids loved the pool. We will stay in this hotel gain if we come back to valladolid.

The hotel was really unique. The staff were really friendly and made sure we were comfortable. Breakfast was great and the front desk receptionist was amazing. We had arrived really late from driving over 11 hours and she was more than welcoming.

The hotel was okay for a short stay- the breakfast was basic. I would not recommend staying in a room here with 4 people! We also had an issue with the air conditioning and no one was able to have a restful sleep. We moved to Kaleici and stayed in a small and beautiful hotel with service to match.

We had to change rooms because of a very strong mold smell in our first floor room. After complaining, we were moved to a different room without the king bed we had selected. The second room was very nice. We were not offered any refund of the amount we had paid for the king bed. Overall, this is a nice hotel, but they have ventilation problems in some rooms.

Perfectly fine and what we expected for the budget. Main downside is that the sound carries around the buidling and we seemed to have multiple junior soccer teams staying who made unbelievable amounts of noise from early morning until pretty late. Thanfully plenty of good bars locally to avoid them and didn't spend much time at the hotel. OK if you need to rest your head and don't mind an early start. Probably also fine and much more pleasant went junior football crowd are not in town.

Stayed here as part of a longer trip along the Mayan Train route, and thought it was a great option: very centrally located in Valladolid, and has a efficient and reasonably-priced laundry service which we used.

Beautiful hotel! Staff were helpful and friendly! Restaurant was good. Close to central plaza, shops, restaurants and Cenote Zaci. Room was clean and comfortable.
