Our check in was easy, the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and easy to find. We did not get a chance to check out the pool but it looks clean and the kids staying here seem to love it! It was quiet at night and they have blackout curtains which are super helpful. Beds were comfy and the bathroom was spacious enough to hold my belongings. I would have preferres more towels but the staff was accommodating when i requested more. The showers were nice but not fully enclosed so be careful of the water spray as it will get all over the bathroom floor if you're not careful. I enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The location was close to the museums, San Servacio church and all the shops.

The hotel was nice, located in center so easy to walk around. Staff was friendly, room was clean & quiet. The only negative was the bathroom - it was clean but could use general maintenance / update (clogged sink, dirty & missing silicone in shower).

Overall, great location, large comfortable rooms and bathrooms. The AC worked great. Room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and courteous. The only issue was the TV wasn't working properly and they never fixed during our stay (3 nights/2 days). We would definitely stay here in our next visit to Valladolid.

The hotel was okay for a short stay- the breakfast was basic. I would not recommend staying in a room here with 4 people! We also had an issue with the air conditioning and no one was able to have a restful sleep. We moved to Kaleici and stayed in a small and beautiful hotel with service to match.

We stay here whenever in Valladolid. One block from the main square, large pool, spacious clean rooms, excellent showers, great bed, easy free parking. Excellent value for money. Everything is walkable and is the best location. Check in and out is fast and everyone is friendly. Highly recommended.

We had to change rooms because of a very strong mold smell in our first floor room. After complaining, we were moved to a different room without the king bed we had selected. The second room was very nice. We were not offered any refund of the amount we had paid for the king bed. Overall, this is a nice hotel, but they have ventilation problems in some rooms.

This hotel is walking distance from main Plaza. The food in the hotel’s restaurant was on point. Staff were friendly and attentive. Room was clean. My kids loved the pool. We will stay in this hotel gain if we come back to valladolid.
