The hotel is much better than I expected. We arrived very late, around 3AM. The front desk is very helpful and extends our check out time. The staff speaks very good English. The room is very big, so does the bed. The water in the shower is very good. Wifi works very fast. There are some stores outside, so you can buy stuff very easy, even during the night. And taxi driver does know this hotel. The only thing bothers us is the air conditioner was a little bit noisy. Btw the room has a belcony.

The property had a terrible odor throughout my stay. There were several bugs in my room. There was a point where I could only shower with cold water because the hot water was not running. It was not as advertised on Expedia.

The hotel is okay. The rooms are cleaned every day. It is a low cost hotel. The staff will help you get where you need to go. They also fixed my bed. The negative parts are that the hotel itself is not air conditioned. The room is but not the halls and lobby. The ceiling looks like it suffers from a few roof leaks. There is no hot water and I was on the third floor which had low water pressure. I’m interested in adventure so I like getting around and going places. The hotel is not a deal breaker. I did enjoy the low price. If you’re looking for a resort experience, this is not for you.

Local shopping and food area and it is very clean environment. Everything is walking distance away and very affordable. Parking area available as well, and very easy to get transportation.

logo que o Uber nos deixou no endereço, parecia que estávamos num filme de terror, por sorte eram 15hrs , então o local abandonado não assombrou tanto, a parte externa é terrível, lojas fechadas , móveis jogados nos cantos, janelas quebradas , partes da parede e decorações do prédio deterioradas e caindo, quando entramos na recepção a situação se ameniza, por dentro está menos abandonado, aí iniciou -se outro problema, quem já reservou pelo hotéis.com , sabe que quando muda a pesquisa e retorna, o site ou app, muda os hóspedes para 1, mas o preço de 1 ou casal é 99% das vezes o mesmo, afinal casal procura cama casal,Queen ou king, e o hotel que tem vários nomes, , o que reservamos era costa suites, mas na fachada era outro ,(mal avaliados no Google), se aproveitaram e cobraram pelo segundo hóspede, fiquei indignado pela má fé, por se aproveitarem da situação, estava óbvio que o quarto era para duas pessoas, mas cobraram 50% a mais , e obviamente tivemos que pagar para não perder tudo, quando entrei no quarto as roupas de cama e banho, estavam manchadas , amarelas , e sujas, e o quarto não era o anunciado (no hotéis, as fotos eram de um quarto lindo com janela) cadê a janela? juntei as roupas de cama,banho, travesseiro, e levei a recepção, perguntei se aquilo era limpo e onde estava a janela do anúncio, o recepcionista, mal educado, mentiu que nenhum quarto tinha janela, e que o anúncio era meramente ilustrativa, e que estavam manchadas mas limpas, vejam as fotos...

good choice for my tastes. older building. lower than average price. the room itself was totally great. slight issue with noise here snd there but not often. access to beach is not at all convenient, but that goes with the bargain price for the room. main reason for the stay was to have a lower cost option that had nice clean rooms. this place hit the mark. will stay there again for sure.

everything was fine I just wish they had a safe and a fridge

I've been to a lot of very expensive hotels, one of them being a Holiday Inn Kristal Hotel and another, but you guys really earned the 5 stars, and I'll give you 5 more.

La ubicación es muy buena, sin embargo el hotel bastante malo. Un día no hubo luz, no hay casi nada de presión de agua, al estar dentro de una plaza cualquier mínimo ruido se escucha, para que salga agua caliente debía esperar 10 min aprox.

Lights when out,no water on and off plus i sometimes had to shower with super hot water because that was only so i asked them to change me rooms

La ubicacion muy buena, cerca de los antros y restaurantes, el lugar se ve algo solo pero sin problema, estacionamiento afuera a unos pasos del cuarto. Muy limpio, yo me hospedé 7 noches.

Not the easiest property to find as there is very limited outdoor signage. Once there, the reception service is quick and the room is very clean. The roo. Was actually more than I expected for the price.

El agua caliente no salía muy bien pero creo es porque estaba lleno el hotel en las mañanas no agarraba pero por la noches salía perfecto

Lo único es el jabón y el shampoo como íbamos de 3 personas pero compramos de uso personal en Chedraui que está cerca de ahí
