Room is spacious but cleanness and facilities are fair. Called three times for asking for utensils. Bell "boy" (indeed an old man) and abnormally rude when I am not using the taxi services arranged by him. I do not recommend this hotel.

The room is spacious and clean. The location of the hotel is good, since we can visit the medina within 1-minute walk, and ~49 minutes walk yo the Hassan II Mosque. We are so happy that we can view the Hassan II Mosque from our terrace too. Just on the same street of our hotel, we can easily find supermarket and restaurants.

The location of the hotel is at the city center. Easy access to food and stuff. Upon arrival to the airport, I took a train from the airport to Casavoyaguer, then a light rail train near Casavoyaguer for 4 stations. Then I walked there in 5 min. Pretty easy to get there.

A bit old but still in good condition. Room is very comfort. Bath room is so large. Have a small terrace and I like it. You may feel far away in the map, but actually it just take 10 mins to walk to the Casa-Port station. One issue: The check in take toooo long to process.

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff are very friendly and helpful — I really appreciated their kindness and warm attitude. However, during the night, it was a bit noisy as some guests were talking and shouting loudly, which made it hard to sleep. Also, there weren’t enough towels provided in the room, which was a little inconvenient. Other than that, everything else was great — the hotel’s atmosphere is nice, and I enjoyed my stay overall. I hope they can improve sound management and provide more towels to make the experience even better.

The receptionist got my last name confused with a similar one but was quick to fix the issue. The hotel porter also helped me get a special charger since they have different outlets. The only bad things that I found in my room was a weird white powder in the folder under the tv and ants that suddenly appeared after I finished taking a shower. Overall, I had a pleasant sleep and a delicious breakfast.

It was a great experience in a great location.

It was like always an excellent stay. I highly reccomend if you are doing tourism or you are on the business trip. Centric. Very easy to get to places worth visiting as well as the business zones. Thank you to Bouchra for always wonderful service in housekeeping. Amazing staff at the reception desk. Top top.

I had no idea they provided room service. I had to ask on my 2nd day.

The staff was excellent, the lobby is nice. I wasn’t so happy with the room though: 1) the kettle was broken (the staff changed it quickly, so that speaks pretty highly of the good service) 2) the balcony door was broken and couldn’t lock (safety threat when sleeping). 3) wifi extremely weak 4) cups not super clean, one in a small storage next to the fridge wasn’t cleaned.

Je viens dans cet hôtel depuis plus de 20 ans. Il se dégrade de plus en plus. Literie OK climatisation aussi. Par contre la salle de bain est de plus en plus dégradée. Robinet rouillés, joint moisissure partout, bonde de lavabo rouillé...... J espère avoir la prochaine fois une chambre et une salle de bain correct. Pascal

Room was spacious but several problems. Sink plug did not work, pillows were like rocks, neither wifi did not work in our room 602, breakfast was not very good lots of choice but not great. View from our room was spectacular. Staff were very friendly and helpful

For some reason, our breakfast was not included and Haffsa the IT manager very kindly offered 1 breakfast as gesture of goodwill. She was very polite and professional. Also housekeeping was excellent especially the lady Bauchra was particular about the cleanliness and kept the room spotless. Highly recommended. Will go there again

Amazing service and beautiful hotel

The hotel area was safe enough, around the hotel didnt seem to have much dining restaurants close by.

Beautiful stay. Convenient location, close to lots of shopping and dining options and walkable to tourist sightseeing options. The staff was friendly and courteous. Our rooms were beautiful, very clean and smelled wonderful. Wish we had another day to spend here because the hotel was wonderful!
