Pool view rooms are excellent and create a peaceful haven in the city. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Everything was fine. Pls be aware that some rooms do not have a separate bathroom.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu and unfortunately my experience did not meet expectations. At check-in, the staff member was not the friendliest, which set the tone for the stay. I had booked this room two months in advance and specifically requested that it be decorated to surprise my fiancé for his birthday. To my disappointment, nothing had been arranged upon arrival. After submitting feedback 24 hours later, I was approached by the same staff member while I was leaving the property in the elevator. At that point, it felt too late and more like an attempt to address the situation because of my feedback rather than a proactive effort to make things right. While discussing the matter with another staff member, he was extremely obnoxious and did not follow up on what he had committed to. The lack of ownership and follow-through was frustrating. On our last day, we finally spoke with the property manager, who did arrange something special in the room. I genuinely appreciate his apology and his effort to rectify the situation created by his team. The room itself was clean, but it definitely felt lived in, with noticeable wear and tear. Overall, I’m not sure this experience lived up to the 5-star standard I’m accustomed to.

Everything was really good. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was varied and nice. The location was really good, everything was at walking distance up to 30 minutes.

Excellent hotel... We had great time. Traditional Hamam Spa experience is outstanding.

Amazing hotel. The area was wonderful, safe and with many restaurants and shops. Staff were very kind. The breakfast was one of the best. The heated pool was perfect in February. A nice break from the medina and the business of the city

Lobby is horrible. Like 2 star hotels . Room designed very poorly made . Bed is in the middle of room. Room is not clean , floors and chairs are not maintained. Bed is comfortable. Balcony is nice . Shower is horrible. Water accumulating in the middle in the shower . Bathroom has no fan or airflow. Even the room . Staff are very friendly and helpful. Neighborhood is nice and safe .

Zimmer war geräumig und ruhig, bequemes Bett. Balkontüre konnte nicht komplett geschlossen werden und Zimmer war zuerst etwas kalt - Techniker musste Heizung einschalten. Tiefgaragenplatz war in der Übernachtung innegriffen.

The cleaning stuff were very helpful I was not happy with the reception staff where on There was no mention of a room deposit The shower leaked into the room, but this was resolved by placing towels outside the room Hotel, I expected better shower/room Breakfast was adequate with multiple choice however drinks were excessively priced specially when there was a shopping precinct behind the hotel where you could buy Coke Coca-Cola and other drinks at a fraction of the price Security was very well managed in the hotel

Toutes les équipes sont super agréable et serviable, que se soit à la réception (mention spéciale pour Ayoub très efficace et professionnel ) ,à la piscine, au petit déjeuner ou les services d'étages.Propreté exemplaire au niveau des chambres ,du restaurant, des parties communes... - la salle de sport est très spacieuse et super bien équipée. - Piscine très agreable et chauffée ce qui est vraiment appréciable en décembre lors de notre séjour Pour résumer un hôtel 5 étoiles idéalement placé au cœur de Guéliz et qui offre tous les services pour pour passer un super séjour à Marrakech.

Que ça soit un Séjour en famille , entre amis ou seul. C’est le meilleur Hôtel de Marrakech dans sa game , il n’y as pas d’hôtel équivalent. Le personnel est vraiment au top , que ça soit des voituriers aux housekeeping en passant par les serveurs rien à redire vraiment top Séjour 10/10 Tout est fait pour se sentir chez sois avec le sévices hôtelier. Merci à vous
