I have previously stayed at this hotel July 24. I arrived on the 23rd April 25 after booking with Expedia. Was informed by the reception team no reservation had been made for my stay .i found this very embarrassing. I was told it was Expedia fault but luckily I had my booking confirmation from Expedia. After a short and embarrassing time l was checked in and shown to my room. After paying the amount of £18.000 for 1 week and the circumstances and horror of my check in after a long flight l am reluctant to book with Expedia again.

It is a very nice hotel with lots of good aspects. Nice pool, nice bar, good terrace, friendly staff, rooms perfectly good.
Service at the bar was slow which was disappointing as the staff are friendly.
We had a very good stay overall and I would have rated higher but when we checked out, an excursion that we had not taken was added to our bill. It obviously belonged to someone else. When we pointed this out it took ages for the reception team to rectify the situation. We thought this was a very clumsy mistake to make and more attention should be given by the reception team to ensure this did not happen.

One of the better Radisson’s I have stayed with. Although the bed was squeaky and the TV casting didnt work and the IT guy was never around. Other than that the F & B was great.

Another successful stay at the Radisson Blu! The customer service was spectacular, from the private car pick up from the airport to arranging the amazing excursions. They even help me find a stamp for my post card late at night and offered to post it for me. - I’ll stay with Radisson Blu again for sure!

It is funny that I was sent this review when Radisson Blu Hotel refuse to check us in because according to them our reservation was not in their system. No assistance given to solve this problem and we ended up staying at another place since your staff was not helpful and not willing to solve the problem. We waited for 4 hours for nothing.

House keeping were cheap with room amenities (toilet paper, towels), no sound proof walls. Noise from neighbors all night, could even hear what their conversations. Buffet was very limited for the 280$ i payed. It’s more of a hotel where you just sleep and be out for the whole day, not for people that love to spend their days relaxing at the hotel. On the other side, the location of the hotel is well well positioned downtown, only walking distances to visit the popular spots. Would not stay their again for that price.

The staff at the reception was very friendly and these are the only people I’m impressed with.But this was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at in a while. The WiFi didn’t work for 80% of the time. I literally saw the cleaner take out some bathroom tissue rolls that I had put in the bin (because I dropped it on the floor accidentally) and prop it up again in the bathroom for me to use. The telephone in my room didn’t work and after having the tech team come up 3 times they still couldn’t fix it. Basically my whole stay didn’t have a way to call from my room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to stay. Just go anywhere else.
