Très grande et belle chambre. Couette épaisse et bien chaude, idéale pour les nuits fraîches que nous avons eu. Riad très beau dans l'ensemble et agréable. Personnel très aimable.

Genel olarak memnun kaldık, eksileri olsa da tavsiye edilir. Olumlu: Konumu çok merkezi, bir kere alıştınız mı sonrası kolay. Avlusu küçük ama güzeldi. Genel tasarım yerel hissettiriyordu. Banyosu seramik karo kaplı geniş ve ilginçti. Çalışanlar ilgiliydi, en baştan sona kadar yardımcı oldular. Sadece ingilizce bilinmemesi bir problemdi. Ama anlaşabildik. Olumsuz: Oteli bulması zordu. Internet doğru yeri göstermiyor. Dar bir sokaktan geçiyorsunuz. Kesinlikle tabelaya ihtiyaç var sokak başında. Hatta birkaç tane. Klima ve ısıtıcılar ilk başta çalışmadı. Ama sorunu belirtince çözdüler. Kahvaltı yemedik biraz pahalı geldi ama belki değiyordur. Yatak çok ses çıkarıyordu, biraz rahatsızdı.

La chambre était spacieuse et confortable, et le personnel a été très accueillant. Le riad est très joli et au calme.

I absolutely loved staying at this riad! I would highly recommend it to anyone. It was located right in the heart of the Medina and within close walking distance to everywhere. I paid for a slight room upgrade to.

There were no street signs to reach Riad in the maze of Madina. The room was stripped down to only bed and a washroom. Not enough light to read, no fridge, or TV. The washroom did not have an exhaust fan. There was no service to plan trips.

Hébergement très bien situé. Une belle chambre avec beaucoup d’espace. Personnel très gentil, très bon accueil. Bémol la piscine ne tourne pas, c’est donc de l’eau stagnante + la clim de la chambre ne marchait pas.

La llegada super complicada ya que la ubicación de Google Maps es otra y el Riad se encuentra en un callejón. Al contactar por WhatsApp a nuestro anfitrión le pregunté si había instrucciones especiales para hacerlo o con Google Maps era suficiente a lo que simplemente me dejó en visto y no respondió. De no ser por una persona q se ofreció a guiarnos después de una hora perdidos jamás hubiéramos llegado. La habitación es muy linda pero le falta limpieza y mantenimiento. El lavabo del baño escurría agua todo el tiempo por lo q no podría dejar nada cerca ya q se mojaba. Los armarios estaban llenos de polvo y telarañas. El primer día no limpiaron nuestra habitación. Al segundo día pedí al encargado que por favor no omitieran la limpieza ya q el día anterior no la hicieron y me comentó que yo debía solicitarla cosa q nunca se nos informó. Luego cuando por fin pasaron a limpiar solo tendieron la cama, no lavaron baño, no cambiaron toallas, doblaron las mismas que ya habíamos usado mojadas. En el baño había algunas basuritas tiradas y nunca las recogieron en los 4 días que nos hospedamos. Tienen algunos gatos en la propiedad y el olor es muy fuerte. Aunque tratan de aromatizar todo el día el olor es sumamente fuerte. Además de que están por todos lados lo q provoca que haya pelo en los sillones y cojines que están junto a la alberca. En resumen no fue una buena experiencia por la falta de comunicación de nuestro anfitrión y aunado a la limpieza tan “básica” no lo recomiendo

impossible to reach person with phone number provided. no one on site that speaks english or can translate. hotel goes by different name. very difficult and convoluted to find in the medina and got lost for more than an hour trying to reach it. they absolutely need someone to meet and guide visitors to the hotel

We had a great stay at this accommodation, which is perfectly situated in the heart of Marrakech's old town, just a short walk from Le Jardin Secret. While the photos made it look a bit more polished than it actually is, the space was very clean, functional, and comfortable. The location was ideal for exploring the city, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a good experience!
