There were no street signs to reach Riad in the maze of Madina. The room was stripped down to only bed and a washroom. Not enough light to read, no fridge, or TV. The washroom did not have an exhaust fan. There was no service to plan trips.

impossible to reach person with phone number provided. no one on site that speaks english or can translate. hotel goes by different name. very difficult and convoluted to find in the medina and got lost for more than an hour trying to reach it. they absolutely need someone to meet and guide visitors to the hotel

We had a great stay at this accommodation, which is perfectly situated in the heart of Marrakech's old town, just a short walk from Le Jardin Secret. While the photos made it look a bit more polished than it actually is, the space was very clean, functional, and comfortable. The location was ideal for exploring the city, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a good experience!

El problema es encontrarlo, ya que las calles son un poco laberínticas, sobre todo si llegas por la noche, que está todo desierto y da un poco de miedo adentrarse por aquellos callejones. El dueño muy amable, la habitación muy amplia y muy pintoresca. El baño muy árabe, muy bonito, solo que la potencia del agua es muy baja. En general muy bien.
