三星级酒店刚刚翻修过,房间设施特别新干净舒适。价格也比较优惠一个晚上95元人民币,员工服务态度也非常友好和专业,总之是一个性价比很不错的酒店,因此果断地又留宿一晚。

I have stayed here before and I will continue to come back. I would say the best part always is the incredible staff from the front desk to housekeeping. They are sincerely pleasant and extremely helpful. I had a challenge of missing luggage from the airport and they jumped in by helping me get updates from the airport to navigating my search to acquire items I needed immediately. The hotel is centrally located in Thamel, it’s clean, well kept, and a hands down bargain in my opinion.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, the facilities are clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere is calm and pleasant. I want to give special thanks to Sagar, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. He assisted me with everything I needed, always with a smile. Thanks to him, my experience in Kathmandu was even better. I highly recommend this place!

Considering the rate and the location, Jay suites must be the best choice. The floor in the room is very dusty. If the room floor is clean, it will be the perfect.

I have stayed at Jay Suites on two occasions and will definitely stay again if I return to Kathmandu. The owner and all staff were excellent, everything worked, and it was decent value for the money. You might find a room for a bit cheaper but will there be hot water, working AC, eorking remote control, elevator, in-room fridge, free water, good breakfast, etc? You get that and more at Jay Suites.

The hotel is really nice and in a nice location but it was not clean at all and had awful large stains on the pillows and bedding and the beds were small and mattress old and some with broken springs. Also i did not get a welcome drink which is part of my membership perks for this booking

air conditioner did not work, bathroom door did not close, bathroom dirty. we stay only one night even we booked for two nights. terrible experience

I initially booked 2 nights but ended up staying for 8. You might find something that looks similar and is a few dollars cheaper but I didn’t even go hunting once I found that Jay Suites had an elevator, powerful AC with a simple on-off controller, a good bed, excellent shower with unlimited hot water, an in-room fridge with 2 free 1 litre bottles of water daily, and a better than average breakfast for about $5. The staff were exceptionally friendly and dealt with one minor plumbing issue quickly and efficiently. If you’re staying in Thamel, it would be tough to beat this place for the price.

Two days in and no negatives so far. They have an elevator (neighbouring hotel does not for similar price), the room is comfortable and service is friendly and efficient. Good value for the money.
