The room was very clean, and the shower had a strong and steady supply of hot water. The staff were extremely kind. they even lent me an umbrella when it rained and helped arrange a taxi. There are many similar-looking hotels nearby, so it might be a bit hard to find at first. However, the staff at the surrounding hotels were also very helpful and kindly gave directions, so it wasn’t a problem at all.

I have stayed here before and I will continue to come back. I would say the best part always is the incredible staff from the front desk to housekeeping. They are sincerely pleasant and extremely helpful. I had a challenge of missing luggage from the airport and they jumped in by helping me get updates from the airport to navigating my search to acquire items I needed immediately. The hotel is centrally located in Thamel, it’s clean, well kept, and a hands down bargain in my opinion.

I had a challenge of missing luggage from the airport and they jumped in by helping me get updates from the airport to navigating my search to acquire items I needed immediately. The hotel is centrally located in Thamel, it’s clean, well kept, and a hands down bargain in my opinion.

Considering the rate and the location, Jay suites must be the best choice. The floor in the room is very dusty. If the room floor is clean, it will be the perfect.
