酒店接待在4樓 酒店有一條走廊好像有少少的露台 交通也很方便 很多電車都可到達 酒店非常整潔 就算我不用清潔房間他也會放毛巾在門口

飯店地點方便、環境安靜，服務人員熱心。

Around 8 minutes walk from the Tram station, nice restaurants around the area. Nice and quiet environment with spacious room. Helpful staff.

Terrible hotel, don’t stay here!!!!!

Wir haben zuerst im Zimmer 203 genächtigt, bekamen nach 2 Tagen Zimmer 218, in keinem der Zimmer waren die Fenster dicht, klang als wären sie gekippt obwohl sie geschlossen waren, mussten die Klimaanlage laut aufdrehen um den Verkehr zu übertönen. Die Böden waren schmutzig, kaum Ablage Möglichkeiten, LED Streifen die nicht mehr funktionierten, defekte Duscharmaturen. Das Frühstück war sehr überschaubar, aber okay, kaum Sitzgelegenheiten, mussten am ersten Morgen warten bis Gäste fertig waren, weil es nur eine Hand voll Tische gab. Wie dieses Hotel zu 4 Sternen kommt kann ich beim besten Willen nicht verstehen. Absolutes 1-2 Sterne Hotel. Abrechnung der Ortstaxe stimmt nicht mit der Bestätigung von Expedia überein. Es wurden ca 50€ vor Ort mehr verlangt - immer noch unklar wieso ?! Wenn man guten Schlaf und Wohlfühlatmosphäre möchte - auf keinen Fall dieses Hotel buchen!

Está súper bien ubicado porque está a menos de 5 minutos caminando de 2 trams.

I chose this hotel mainly for its price and location, and it definitely delivered on both. It’s conveniently close enough to central Amsterdam, walkable to many attractions and near the metro, while still being quiet enough at night for a peaceful stay. One pleasant surprise was the housekeeping. Even though I didn’t leave a cleaning sign on my door, I returned every night to a tidy room with folded clothes and fresh towels, which I really appreciated. There were a couple of downsides. The TV didn’t work at all, though it wasn’t a big issue since I spent most of my time out exploring. The air conditioning also wasn’t very strong, and with the humid weather, the room could get a bit uncomfortable. Opening the window helped a lot, but it’s something to keep in mind. On a positive note, the mini fridge included a tall pitcher of water and a mini soft drink when I arrived, which was a nice touch. Overall, I’d rate my stay as a solid 4.5 out of 5. I would recommend this hotel primarily for its great location and affordability. The staff were also really helpful with directions!

A bit run down and smelly but it got the job done

The room was cleaned every day as requested but the only issue we had was the smell of the drains in the bathroom

The location was great and the staff were friendly; however, the room was very dirty. The floor had not been swept or mopped and there was mildew/mold in the shower. The TV remote, bathroom trashcan, and mini fridge were all broken. Poor ventilation/no fan.

Accès difficile. Très bruyant. Vetuste.

Good area with easy access to Central Amsterdam Hotel rooms are clean but shabby

Had expected parking at the site and chose this because it said parking at 50 EUR. But when we came it was located other place and was full so we had to stay further away with car which was very inconvenient. More flat like than hotel as it is only part of the building but otherwise was ok.

Hotel bom mais precisa de mais limpeza, como a cidade é úmida as cortinas dos quartos tinham muito bolor.. parecia que não era limpado a tempo! Mais a cama é banheiro eram bons, café da manhã bem OK tbm..

Easy public transit connections to tourist district, train station. 15 min walk to Rijksmuseum. Good restaurants and groceries in area. This hotel occupies a portion of a tall building. Reception is located on the 4th floor, and we had to enter through the lobby of the hotel next door to access it (via a closed plaza between them). Desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was small but clean and secure, though not terribly well maintained (broken toilet seat, “screaming” shower plumbing). Bare floor (no carpeting). Bed ok, pillows lousy; towels good. The various entrances to the building did not work with our room cards, so we always had to enter through the hotel next door.

Good location, plenty of options to eat nearby, comfortable room.

Zimmer schmutzig und Toilette oder Badezimmer stinken nach alte Klamotten. Ich würde nie weiter empfehlen Service war unfreundlich.!!
