We were upgraded. Room and bathroom was clean and spacious. Basic but had everything we needed for the two days stay. Staff were excellent, especially Solomon. Attentive, helpful and friendly

This hotel is worthy one an a half stars, or two stars maximum. This is a total rip-off to claim that it has four stars. There is wall paper peeling off the walls; old, broken an scratched furniture; old and stained curtains; tiny TV with some wires sticking out. Also, next to this hotel some kind of psychiatric facility, and apparently, patient of that facility walking our, yelling and acting in a hazardous manner.

No complaints with the room or staff. Clean, spacious room for 1 person and staff were very polite and helpful. However this hotel is extremely misleading. It's almost an outdoor hotel. As soon as you leave your room, you are outdoors. There is no roof on the building, so as soon as you leave your room and look up, you see the beautiful sky lol. The heating was also not working in my room so I was sleeping with tracksuit and a hoodie to stay warm. It could have been much worse, but could have also been a lot better so I give 3 star average. I advise the hotel to provide more accurate pictures and details of the hotel so people are aware of how this hotel is structured.

The hotel looks nice at first glance, but overall it’s not worth the money. It was hard to find, and once we arrived, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired, the room had a musty smell, and it didn’t feel properly cleaned. For a place that claims to be 4 stars, it really doesn’t live up to that standard. It’s decent enough in appearance, but the lack of cleanliness makes it unenjoyable. Definitely overpriced for what you get. You’re better off spending your money on a proper 4-star hotel elsewhere.

This hotel should be max 2 stars. Mold everywhere, broken toilets. Red stains on curtains, black stains on walls, yellow stains in bathroom. Soundproof doesnt exist, u can hear what your neighbours are doing at 4AM. Awful, would contact my laywer ASAP.

Property conveniently located within walking diatance from trams. Needs more TLC within the units. Went with another couple and couldnt get AC to work, and shower drains were backed up overflowing in both rooms. Can be better if maintenance is improved.
