Sehr schöne Gegend mit hübschen Bistros, Bars, Restaurants unf Kaffee-Bars! Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Gut erreichbar ist das Zentrum mit Tram und Fahrrad!

L, hôtel est bien situé pour visiter la ville par contre l'endroit est très bruyant surtout a cause de la circulation environnantes, chambre petite et absences de hall pour relaxer en cas de pluie abondante

Hotel pas plus de 3 etoiles

This hotel should be max 2 stars. Mold everywhere, broken toilets. Red stains on curtains, black stains on walls, yellow stains in bathroom. Soundproof doesnt exist, u can hear what your neighbours are doing at 4AM. Awful, would contact my laywer ASAP.

Ok, quarto um pouco abarrotado de camas e banheiro sem privacidade. Localização muito boa a menos de 15 min andando dos museus e da rua principal. Café da manhã simples, porém otimo

Property conveniently located within walking diatance from trams. Needs more TLC within the units. Went with another couple and couldnt get AC to work, and shower drains were backed up overflowing in both rooms. Can be better if maintenance is improved.

Very clean. Comfortable. Easy check in. Good location. Lots to see and do within walking distance. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Die Lage ist super, das Hotel ist aber seine Sterne nicht wert. Sehr hellhörig. Extrem sogar. Unser Fenster war kaputt. Man konnte von außen in unser Zimmer rein und das Hotel konnte dagegen leider nichts machen.

Room was clean and quiet. But very warm. No air conditioning worked to cool off. It was an ok stay. Staff were wonderful. Lots of potential, but didn't live up to all it could be.

Poor facilities, definitely not 4*

Though the staff was very nice…. Our room was quite opposite. Immediately upon our arrival, the instructions to where the reception were was not provided and we had to have a stranger help us in the building. For our room, we could tell it was going to be very warm, so we asked for a fan. We were provided the smallest fan that, at its highest level, was a softer breeze than if I fanned some air with paper. Additionally, there was tons of mold around the back door and on the back curtain. We notified staff but everything was booked so we couldn’t move rooms. Finally, to top it off, on our final night we decided to watch some TV before dinner. The TV did not work so we had to have the receptionist come help us. He admitted the remote we were given was just the wrong remote but he couldn’t do anything about it. We had to use the buttons on the side, which also barely worked.

Hadde store forventninger ved å velge 4 stjernes hotell. Men ble skuffet. Flekker på gardin, revet tapet, bulk i dør, småfluer/mygg, vann renner svært sakte ned vask, lavt trykk i dusj, veldig dårlig aircondition, varmt kjøleskap, hard seng. Merkelig med resepsjon i 4 etasje. Hotellet var i en felles bygg med flere små hotell og beboere. Ved å forvente 2 stjernes hadde det vært et helt ok hotell. Kanskje også 3 stjernes.

Amazing location where a short bike ride rental provided through the hotel can get you anywhere you need in the city in under 10 minutes. Everything was clean and working in my room. Staff were friendly and helpful to chat with as well.

Ar condicionado no meu quarto era somente ventilação e quarto fica quente no verão. Reclamei várias vezes na recepção mas não resolveram. Tive que abrir a janela todos os dias na hora de dormir p tentar refrescar o quarto antes de dormir...O hotel e o quarto não são condizentes com a categoria 4 estrelas de outros hotéis da mesma categoria. Não voltaria a me hospedat lá.

Die Zimmer und der Gemeinschaftsbereich (Rezeption & Frühstücksraum) sind sauber und ordentlich. Der Außenbereich des „residential building“ ist etwas unordentlich und schmutzig, davon nicht abschrecken lassen.

Overall, the hotel was on appearance relatively nice, although the room was very small and basic, despite being advertised as "wheelchair accessible" However, on the morning of checkout, we inspected the room to ensure we hadn’t overlooked any belongings. To our horror, upon pulling back the bed sheet, we discovered it was placed directly on a bare mattress with no protective cover. The mattress was covered in yellow stains—likely urine—along with dirt, grime, and multiple holes. As someone with a serious disability, I rely on stringent hygiene standards to manage my health, and the utterly unacceptable state of our room compromised my well-being. I would not expect this from any hotel, let alone one that had cost upwards of £400 for three nights. Sleeping on such an unsanitary surface for four nights was not only distressing but posed a severe risk to my health, exacerbating my disability-related vulnerabilities and causing significant physical and emotional distress. I reported this to the reception manager, who seemed shocked but directed me to contact the head office, which I did three times. I received no response to any of my emails, and when I complained to Expedia they attempted to contact the hotel as well, and similarly receive no response. This shows the absolute disregard for the health and well-being, as well as disrespect, for their patrons, and as such I would not recommend this hotel for anybody.

Really nice find for a reasonable price in a nice area walkable to center. Lots of cafes and a direct tram. Hotel is private, bright and comfortable. Nice bedsheets and free water, minibar.

Vi tillbringade 5 dagar i Amsterdam. Trevligt hotell. Bra service. Hjälpsam personal. Kommer gärna tillbaka om vi ska till Amsterdam igen.
