Hotel in posizione comoda per raggiungere tutta la città con i mezzi. Check in complicato e gestito male sia online in loco, personale poco disponibile. Camere ampie e pulite, bagno rivedibile.

Check in was with a device - limited interaction with staff which was a shame. Great room and clean Near to tram and supermarket was good

The staff were friendly and helpful and the facilities were generally good: bar (limited opening hours), gym, vending machines etc. We had a triple room, the beds had very soft mattresses resulting in us sinking into our beds. The nespresso coffee machine was a nice addition. The wet room wasn’t great, with a poor layout resulting in one side of the toilet becoming wet after the shower was used. The upkeep was poor with the towel rail very loose on the wall feeling as though it would fall off if more than one towel was hung on it, and the sink’s mixer tap not fitted to the sink allowing water to leak around its base to the floor. The area around the hotel is a strange mixture of rundown and dirty alongside some new buildings. Homeless people hanging around the neighbouring streets asking for money or cigarettes. The hotel is convenient for the number 2 tram to get into central Amsterdam in about 15-20 mins. It is a 5 mins walk to Lidl or Albert Heijn grocery stores. The stay was ok for our short budget trip to Amsterdam but I wouldn’t recommend it for any one travelling with a young family.

This was one of the best hotels we stayed at during our trip. The location was excellent, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. Having coffee available in the room was a nice touch and much appreciated. The lobby was another highlight, with a large and comfortable seating area where guests could relax. The complimentary coffee drinks created a welcoming atmosphere, and the pizza kiosk served delicious pizza that was perfect for a quick meal. Overall, the hotel offered a great combination of comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality. Everything was well organized, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Great budget hotel to stay whilst exploring Amsterdam. Staff were friendly and helpful. Staff were constantly cleaning the communal areas. Like I said it’s on the lower end of prices for hotels but its location is superb. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to Lidl and Albert Hein and a 9 minute walk to the metro.

Très bien pour sejour en famille. Tram à proximité Cependant, la climatisation dans la chmabre serait la bienvenue, il fait chaud et ce n etait pas la canicule (ventilo à dispo mais pas suffisant)

I was very busy to focus on so much.Rooms where clean.But the matresses ...please that is not comfortable.You just sit on the bed and you feel like you are sinking.

el hotel en cuestión a instalaciones es bueno, pero la ubicación no fue increíble, había unos homeless afuera y se veía un poco inseguro, lo único que me gustó es que estaba cerca del aeropuerto, rentamos unas bicis en el hotel y ninguna servía, y jamás nos reembolsaron, no había aire era imposible estar en la habitación, aunque te den abanico el calor era insoportable, el internet no funcionaba en ninguno de nuestros aparatos, el agua estaba carísima y el personal pues no era grosero pero tampoco amable ( excepto el muchacho que es de argentina)

Room cleanliness was satisfactory, we had problems with dirty sheets but the manager was straight on it and had everything changed. Staff were lovely especially the female manager she was extremely friendly and we chatted everyday about what we had been doing! Breakfast buffet was lovely. There is a small gym which is great for the kids in the evening. Could definitely do with something for children within the hotel. There is only a pizza machine (which is nice) and a vendor machine with sweets and drinks which was quite expensive. Other food options would be great. It would be good if the restaurant was open for dinner and seems like such a wasted space. The area is a little run down but 15 mins on the metro which is a 5 minute walk away and you are in the city which worked well for us. Overall i would return again.

Room was clean but a couple of areas that were a bit worn especially on the walls. Bathroom was great, coffee and tea available if needed. We ate in the city so can’t rate the food but the vending machines were reasonable for a late night sugar fix. Not too far from the tram stop and we felt it was very peaceful

Hotelli perus siisti, meillä ei aamupalaa joten en osaa siitä sanoa. Helppo yhteys keskustaan läheiseltä ratikkapysäkiltä. Huoneemme ovi piippasi 4 päivää putkeen, vaikka henkilökunta tiesi, että ovi tarvitsi korjausta. Viimeisenä yönä hotellin palohälytys soi 2 kertaa ja kumpanakaan kertana asiakkaita ei infottu riittävästi.

Ett bra hotell med nära förbindelser för att ta sig in i centrum på under en halvtimme. Saknade möjligheten att köpa enklare rätter under dagen och kvällen, då området i sig inte har så stort utbud av restauranger. Det fanns en pizzamaskin men det var allt. Bra kaffemaskin på rummet, tyvärr fick man bara kapslar första natten istället för under hela vistelsen. Vi bodde ett fyrbäddsrum med fyra separata sängar. Vi föredrar dock två dubbelsängar då det frigör mer plats i rummet.
