Nice hotel in a quiet area, although there isn’t much to do nearby. 5 minute walk to a tram stop so it’s easy to get to the center! Always came back to fresh towels and toiletries. Only complaint would be the traffic noise from the highway!

The hotel overall was really nice. Well located to a train station and tram routes. Staff were really helpful, breakfast had a good variety and it was all very nice. Wheelchair accessible throughout. Room was clean and facilities were very good. Close to a really good shopping and restaurant are just 5 mins away. My only issue was my bed. It was incredibly uncomfortable the first night. I didn't report it, but just turned the mattress and after that it was ok.

Good sized room with air conditioning. Quiet at night. Although not in the centre of Amsterdam there is a metro station about a 10 minute walk away. Self check in-staff could have been a bit friendlier

The hotel was well situated mid way between airport and city centre. Had good access. Rooms were comfortable and staff were friendly and very helpful. Nice bar and coffee facilities etc. A few supermarkets and cafe/ restaurants nearby.

Room was clean and had comfortable beds. Easy and walkble to restaurants and supermarkets. Staff were very helpful. It has to be noted that the property was at least 7 minutes walk from the No. 2 tram stop, when travelling from Amsterdam Centrall station.

Was a wonderful stay the woman who checked us in was absolutely lovely and so funny

The staff we dealt with were friendly and efficient. While the bed was comfortable, I would describe the furnishings The bar only served wine, beer and soda. There were no washcloths in the bathroom. The hotel did not have an ice machine. We did not get clean coffee cups after our first day of a three day stay. Our room was not serviced on the third day. There was no way to control the temperature. This is not an old hotel so these lacking amenities were disappointing.

We stayed in Amsterdam for 2 nights at this hotel. It was close to a metro stop for line 2 into Centraal Station meaning we were able to get into all of the tourist areas quickly (and cheaply for a family of 4!) The hotel was excellent as a base to explore, I was concerned about the area when we walked from a local car park (my car was not able to enter the zero emissions zone without a fine due to its age) but we had no problems other than a few homeless asking for money - this happened throughout Amsterdam so wasn't exclusive to the area around the hotel. The room was clean, the staff were friendly and there were lots of facilities. The only gripe would be the lack of bar staff in an evening, the receptionist shared duties so service could be a bit slow. The breakfast was tasty, well stocked and tables cleaned quickly so we were all happy. If we go back to Amsterdam, we will definitely stay here again as it was great value for the price .
