It was a pleasant place. The worker was helpful and the area was near a bus station, even though it's not that close to get to the city center.

Amazing stay here. Would really love if they could accommodate our early check-in request or send any PSA regarding the unavailability of that request instead of being silent until we got there (earlier than usual check-in time as per my request) 😊

THis hotel is 8 minute walk to the Tram service, and also 5 minute walk to a supermarket. Facilities and cleanliness are perfect. Yhe breakfast is just average.

Close to tram 2 access to Amsterdam Central, passing the Van Gogh Museum area

The hotel staff is friendly, but the soundproofing of the doors and roof is problematic. There is a sound like water leaking from the roof of the room.

The hotel is clean and the staff is helpful. It's near a supermarket too! It's nice to stay here. It's not very near to tourist attractions but it's okay as long as it's accessible to public transportation stations.

The staff is friendly. Near from the supermarket. Walk 10 minutes to the tram.

Recommendation, close access to the airport, access to public transport, room atmosphere, and delicious coffee. There is also 24 hour pizza

The hotel was located close to Tram and Train station, room was nice and clean. The supermarket near hotel is also good, there are 2 supermarket.

Hotel sangat strategis, cukup jalan 400 meter ke halte trem, sampai pusat kota dalam hitungan menit, ke airport pun dekat, pilihan yang tepat.

I booked a room with 2 twin beds and Sofa for one adult and two childern (girls, 13 and 6). As I arrived there they refused my check in with the reason that the room is only for two adults. I suggested that either they pay me back the money, or they should change me a triple room, or they offer me an extra bed. They refused all of my three suggestions! That means they did not give me the money back! And I had to drive my two children back to Germany at 20 o'clock! And my tickets for the museum go to the waste! This is the most awful hotel I have ever experienced of the whole world! The worst service and most unfriendly staff at reception! No next time booking by Best Western also in other countries!
