We had very nice experience stayed in CS hotel. The guy who welcomed us is very warmly and helpful.He helps us to lug our big luggage up to 5th floor.

The room looked nothing like the photos and was absolutely freezing. Took about 3 days for it to finally heat up. Stairs were brutal. Nice location but that's about it.

La localisation est top et la chambre très correcte. En hiver avec le chauffage l’air est cependant très secs, la douche a assez peu de pression et nous soupçonnons une remontée d’égout qui laisse parfois une odeur désagréable dans la salle de bain

or staff member to assist you. There was only a gentleman who cleaned in the mornings. I don't think he spoke English. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. There are better places for this price.

Das Zimmer war nicht besonders sauber und auch recht ungepflegt bzw. herunter gekommen. Das „eigene“ Badezimmer war eine Trennwand ohne Tür. Die Toilette war in der Dusche. Die durchsichtige Duschtür war die „Tür“ zum Bad. Die Lage ist dafür sehr gut

Very convenient location, easy check in, friendly staff, free hot chocolate and coffee. Carried luggage up 3 flights of stairs.

Convenient place 3 min from train station. Neighbors were leaving at 5am, noise from adjacent room killed my sleep. Steep stairs, would be difficult if you have luggage

The room had not been cleaned, and there was no front desk available to address the issue. The sheets were heavily stained and clearly had not been changed, and the bathroom was also not clean. As other reviews have mentioned, there are no elevators, and the staircase is extremely steep, narrow, and spiral. This wasn’t a dealbreaker for me, but it’s definitely something guests should be aware of. Communication from the hotel staff was poor throughout my stay. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve had. The only positive is its convenient location - just a three-minute walk from Amsterdam Central Station.

I was very satisfied with the place where we were stayed.It was clear, had no problems.Whatsoever would happily stay again
