I didn’t expect so many students studied in the lobby, occupied the space. Room is okay, but the mattress is not that comfortable. I am quite happy on the shower, good in water pressure and temperature.

The used water in the shower area goes out very slow. I once thought the drain point was blocked. Please fix the drain point and the shower area.

Yes however checked in late. Very tired and had to call reception twice to find out about method to turn on lights and heat in room. As this was a 24 hour turn around and my only experience in Amsterdam except on my way through to Abu Dhabi. I should have not gotten hotel so far out. Tried to change but no refunds. Even though I tried 3 weeks prior to return trip. And also the extra cost for taxes that I was not aware of.

nice and clean hotel room. staff is very helpful. the hotel location is good, close to subway and train.

Hotel Casa is a lovely hotel. Check-in was done online before I arrived. Reception staff were warm and friendly. The lobby had an internet cafe vibe about it. The restaurant/ cafe looked nice although I did not use them> My room was nice and spacious. I had a comfortable sleep as it was quiet with blackout curtains too. The fridge in my room came in handy and they have a fountain for topping up your water bottle in reception. The location was perfect for me. It's out of the way from the centre but you can get there by Metro within 25 minutes. There a few good restaurants within walking distance, some further away from others. However, I was expecting more in the vicinity. Amstel Station and a large supermarket are just over 5 minutes walk away. The hotel was good value in comparison to other hotels during the weekend I stayed Overall, I definitely come back and would recommend if you want to stay outside the centre of Amsterdam.

Stayed 1 night at this hotel and it was ok. The hotel itself is well laid out with a large lobby that includes a self serve convenience store (you pick your items and self check out and pay for them). We didn't use this but they definitely had a decent selection of items from beer, wine, snacks to personal items you may need for your stay. The hotel advertises as an eco friendly hotel. They did not provide water in the room but instead had a filling station in the lobby. The shower in the room was not great. It was very hard to control the temperature and it was set so low that it was hard to actually get a consistent hot stream of water. Definitely a disappointment when travelling and doing alot of walking etc. Only 1 of the 2 elevators in the building was working so this made for long waits, especially first thing in the morning. The hotel is located about a 40 min walk from downtown Amsterdam, so would not say that it is convenient for walking (but we knew that when we booked).

Friendly reception and restaurant staff. The hotel was modern and clean. The location was convenient for rail, metro and tram links too.

The hotel and room was great as my newborn was travelling with us. Close to the train and tram stops which was convenient. Overall would consider staying again.

Very recommended. Close to metro station, restaurant with limited menu however has good quality and flavour. Clean, bright, has laundry facilities. Good value.

Excellent place, staff very friendly, perfect location near the train station

This was an excellent place to stay at, and if i get the chance to visit Amsterdam again, I will seek this place again. From the very beginning, the staff was extremely friendly. They speak multiple languages and are willing to answer any relevant questions. The hotel is spacious, very clean, and very pleasant. Around the check in area, there is a built in convenience store with drinks, electronics, travel essentials, etc. Also connected to this, is the hotel's restaurant. The prices are fair and the food is beyond delicious. I cannot say anything but extremely good words about this place. Thank you to the entire staff.
