The room was spacious with big windows overlooking the canal. The room was clean and really confortable. The hotel is not in the city center, but conveniently located near a metro/train/tram station. The staff was friendly. The hotel has a really great vibe, with sofas and chairs in the lobby, and a cafe on the ground floor. I would book this hotel again.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Casa Amsterdam. The hotel is impressively clean, modern, and aesthetically pleasing—everything feels thoughtfully designed and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating; they even assisted me with an early check-in, which made my arrival much smoother.
Breakfast was convenient, with the option to book it in advance or decide the day before. The location is also excellent—being so close to Amstel Station made it really easy to get to the city center and explore Amsterdam.
All in all, a great experience. I’d definitely stay here again!

The hotel is located slightly outside the city center, but fortunately, it’s right next to a major train, metro, or tram station, making transportation very convenient. The hotel itself is decent—nothing particularly memorable, but it covers the basics. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the stay more pleasant. The rooftop area was a charming touch. We dined at the hotel restaurant; the food was average. As for the room, it was quite basic, but it was functional.

We stayed two nights at Hotel Casa Amsterdam unfortunately. Two out the three rooms booked showed the presence of bed bugs. I slept on bed bugs as they were under my mattress. The hotel offerred to refund the nights (it’s the least they can do). I left my suitcase and clothes there because of fearing an infection in my home when I’m back. To them, the compensation is not acceptable even if I have linked all the stuff left to demonstrate that the amount was real.

Nous avons malheureusement passé deux nuits à l'hôtel Casa Amsterdam. Deux des trois chambres réservées présentaient des punaises de lit. J'ai dormi sur des punaises de lit, car elles se trouvaient sous mon matelas. L'hôtel m'a proposé de me rembourser les nuits (c'est le moins qu'ils puissent faire). J'ai laissé ma valise et mes vêtements sur place par crainte d'une infection à mon retour. Pour eux, l'indemnisation est inacceptable, même si j'ai fourni les documents nécessaires pour prouver la réalité du montant.

Le quartier est calme mais rapidement proche d'endroit sympa à vélo.
