Clean room, friendly staff, close to metro, restaurant and bike rental on premises

Great place, quiet. I’ll note our room 537, the door squeaked loudly and so did the pipes when you turned on water in bathroom sink. I wish there was a towel holder up higher and shower wasn’t so slippery but it’s a great place to stay.

Très belle hôtel , spacieux, chambre super confortable. Staff très gentil. Il y a moins de chose autour de l’hôtel par contre ni de commodité . Mais proche des transports! On a pu louer des vélos pour la journée !

Room was clean and spacious! The fridge was very handy in the room and the rooftop bar was nice! Would stay again - maybe just a bit too out from the centre but metro was easy enough!

The hotel was only a few hundred metres from the rail and bus which was easy to get around after a bit of practice for the oldies.

The room wasn’t cleaned at all during my 3 nights stay; .the hotel prides hitself on non-waste with unnecessary daily cleaning which is fine and defers to you. We arrived late on the first night so didn’t feel it was necessary to clean the next morning! However On day 2 I did fill the form through the QR code and asked to be cleaned. When we came back late night nothing happened , obvs we left the next morning on day 3 so was too late. I asked the staff and they had no requests .and I got a cold “sorry” upon check out. well my request definitely said sent! I read some other reviews about the same . Seems they either have a problem with this system or conveniently these request disappear … shame cos the rooms are Comfortable. Didn’t have breakfast as it was expensive… location is ok.. 5 minutes walk to the underground and 5 stops to centraal in a what looks like a new area … not much around.!

Arrived to find out that the hotel was not air conditioned, as we expected it to be. High temps expected in the 80s-90s F (30s C)! 😳 But the room had a portable fan and all was FINE! Room was very comfortable, including bed, amenities, shower, etc. Helpful & friendly staff (esp. Boaz & Jesse). Convenient, safe 4-5 block walk to/from Amstel metro station. Would stay there again in a heartbeat…

The hotel is lovely and clean, really friendly staff that are always happy to help and pint you in the right direction if you need anything . Very easy to get into Amsterdam centraal from here and close to train station

Room was very clean and bed was incredible comfortable. The room was set at a nice temperature. I enjoyed the rooftop bar and the whole vibe of the hotel. Will definitely be returning.

The room was a bit minimalist, but very serviceable. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was only a few blocks from the subway, which you can hop on to get to Central station rather quickly.

Efficient and clean. Nice restaurant and rooftop patio… great food at a reasonable price. Not fancy but close to two subway stops and relaxed vibe

The employees were very efficient in both checking and checking out - ensuring that both arriving and departing guests were attended to quickly. Rooms were clean and spacious. The restaurant EST did not disappoint. The food was excellent!

really enjoyed our stay! the location was okay, not in the heart of the city but a 5min walk away from a major station which was convenient. there was a bike rental service which was useful but a little expensive. great breakfast selection!

This was a great hotel. It was more of apartment type living. You can check in and check out online. They allowed us to check in early as our flight arrived at 5:30 AM. They have a coffee shop and a restaurant on site and a great rooftop bar. They also have a place to buy snacks and drinks. It is outside of Amsterdam but the train station is a 5 min walk. The only downfall was there are only 2 restaurants we found within walking distance. The food at the hotel restaurant is good just very limited. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is also laundry on site and they give you free soap. We would definitely stay there again.
