The location is superb. However, the room is small and the mattress is too soft. Overall, I think it's a bit over-priced VS other choices nearby.

Nice hotel, room clean and comfort, staff so nice

地點近火車站，好易搵。 歐洲黎講價錢合理到位，又有毛巾面巾同洗頭水沐浴露提供，3人房夠大，算唔錯超出預期，員工（特別係黑人）都好有禮同幫到手，僱主冇歧視抵讚。 唯一缺點我覺得係走廊好大陣濃烈味道，我有點鼻敏感...間房都啲有但可接受

We had a room very nice but the clients on the up floor were making a lot of noise. We complain about that, and the hotel immediately change our room for another even nicer far from the noise and also offer to us the breakfast complimentary. We really appreciate the actions of the hotel. The ubication of the hotel is perfect. You can walk everywhere from there and have the train Starion like 200 mts from the hotel. We really like it the hotel.

Didn’t have breakfast

Our stay here was really great! It's less than a minute walk to Amsterdam Centraal Station. When we arrived early to store our luggage before check in, a room was available so we were able to check in earlier. The room even had a view that included Centraal Station. It is close to a lot of great food options. Although we didn't have breakfast or dinner at the hotel, the ambience was very cozy. The staff was extremely friendly and the room and bathroom was spacious. I would definitely stay here again! 10/10

Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo à Estação Central de Amsterdã. Equipe atenciosa. Oferecem bebidas gratuitas em todas as tardes. Ponto de atenção: café da manhã. Em 2 dias, informaram que as frutas acabaram e não houve reposição. O mesmo aconteceu com opções salgadas. Alem disso os quartos eram escuros e não tão espaçososos. Um bom.hotel, mas caro pelo que oferece.

Lovely room with comfy bed & bath, everywhere sparkling clean. Delicious breakfasts with plentiful supply and helpful attentive staff. Good location near railway station & characterful hotel.

The hotel's location allowed us to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Amsterdam. The building is charming and the bed very comfortable. We liked the coffee machine available all day. The staff was friendly. The breakfast had many choices and was very good. I would recommend to anyone visiting Amsterdam.

Great location. Everything was satisfactory

The saving of this hotel is that it is very convenient for the station. Room ok but very poor shower and bath. By mistake went down fire escape stairs and door was BLOCKED. Area outside entrance to hotel very dirty, even vomit one day. Generally Amsterdam was dirty with lots of rubbish on streets. Rotterdam is much cleaner!

Quarto limpo e grande. Equipe do hotel bem atenciosa. O cafe da manha foi excelente. Este hotel e bem localizado o que facilita a movimentacao na viagem. Recomendo e ficaria sem duvida neste hotel novamente
